Chapter 1147 Visiting Grandfather
When Nie Yao and Li Jinxing arrived at the hospital, Mr. Nie had just finished physical therapy.
Butler Lu pushed Mr. Nie back to the ward, helped him change his clothes, took care of him back to the bed, opened the insulated lunch box, and was carefully feeding him.
"Master, after dinner, you can take a rest first..."
Elder Nie shook his head and whispered, "No need, I've had enough rest these past few days..."
After he finished speaking, he said to Butler Lu, "Put the meal down first. I'm not hungry yet..."

When Butler Lu saw Nie Yao and Li Jinxing coming together, he quickly put down the dishes in his hands and brought chairs for them to sit down.
"Grandpa, I've been worried since I heard you were in the hospital, so I decided to come back to see you..."
Nie Yao explained with a faint smile, sitting down beside her grandfather's bed. Seeing her grandfather reaching out his hand towards her, she quickly reached out and held her grandfather's hand.
"Good boy, I told your dad not to tell you too much, so as not to make you worry..."
Nie sighed, held his granddaughter's hand, and carefully studied her face. He asked with concern, "You must be very tired after flying back and forth like this, right?"

As she spoke, she picked up the bowl and began to feed her grandfather herself.
Old Nie, who originally had no appetite, couldn't help but feel tears in his eyes when he saw his granddaughter feeding him. He ate with big mouthfuls and soon finished the whole box of rice without realizing it.
