Chapter 1285: It’s of no use at all
Nie Jinxi waited there for a long time before being found by the driver sent by Ji Minghuan.
Only after she got into the car sent by Ji Minghuan did she slowly breathe a sigh of relief.
Ji Minghuan's driver drove Nie Jinxi directly to Ji Minghuan's own mansion. Ji Minghuan was talking on the phone giving instructions to someone, and was shocked to see Nie Jinxi's miserable appearance.

Nie Jinxi felt a warm feeling in her heart and nodded quickly. She first took the medicine box to treat her wound. After disinfecting it, she limped to the bathroom.
Ji Minghuan was feeling a little irritated, so he simply stood up and went to the bar, opened a bottle of whiskey for himself, added ice and took two sips.
When Nie Jinxi came out of the shower, she felt much more energetic. Ji Minghuan poured her a small glass of whiskey and handed it to her, saying, "Have a drink to calm your nerves!"
Nie Jinxi responded softly, bandaged her injured foot first, then took Ji Minghuan's wine glass, sat on the sofa and took a sip, then looked up at Ji Minghuan with gratitude on her face.
"Minghuan, thank you. If it weren't for you, I don't know what I would have done..."
Ji Minghuan waved his hand, not wanting to talk about such irrelevant things. He asked in a deep voice, "You still haven't explained to me why the Nie family suddenly wants to expel you?"
"It's all because of that Nie Yao. Grandpa called me back home that day. Grandpa was about to forgive me, but she suddenly produced some evidence!" Nie Jinxi couldn't help but gnashing with hatred when she talked about this.
"So, you've been discovered about Lu Heng?" Ji Minghuan immediately understood what was going on and sneered, "Didn't I ask you to clean up the mess?"
"I've taken care of it, but I don't know where she got the evidence, and it's all true!" Nie Jinxi replied in annoyance.
"So Nie Yao gave the evidence to Elder Nie, which completely angered him and made him decide to kick you out?"
Ji Minghuan asked thoughtfully. Nie Jinxi nodded and replied in a low voice, "That's it. I've been begging for a long time, but Grandpa still hasn't changed his mind. Damn it, it's all Nie Yao's fault for always saying bad things about me and saying that I'm deliberately destroying the relationship between the Nie and Lu families!"
"Does your father know about this? Didn't he plead for you?" Ji Minghuan did not comment on Mr. Nie's actions, but asked with a raised eyebrow.
"He knew and begged for mercy, but it was no use. How could his position in Grandpa's heart be as high as that of my uncle?" Nie Jinxi snorted coldly and said with a curled lip, "My biological father is completely useless!"
The only purpose was to bring her home to replace Nie Yao, but unfortunately...
"Your father is probably busy with the bidding lately and can't take care of you..." When Ji Minghuan said this, a gleam of light flashed in his eyes.
"Since the Nie family treated you this way, you don't have to be polite to them. If you want to take revenge on Nie Yao, you can start with the Nie family..."
