"Okay, I'll be there soon!" Nie Yao nodded and ended the call with a heavy heart.
Li Jinxing hung up the phone and was about to go find a doctor to ask about Mr. Nie's condition when Nie Guanglin rushed over and waved his fist at Li Jinxing.

"Dad, how is my grandpa doing now?" Nie Yao asked worriedly.
"Not very well, still in surgery..." Father Nie said this, smiled bitterly and shook his head.
Nie Yao looked at Li Jinxing inquiringly. Li Jinxing quietly held her hand and whispered comfortingly, "I've asked someone. Your grandfather's illness just relapsed suddenly, so he needs surgery. But there's still hope..."
"Why did he suddenly fall ill when he was fine?" Nie Yao raised his eyes and looked towards the operating room and asked in a low voice.

Nie Yao looked at Li Jinxing in surprise. Li Jinxing sighed softly, but he didn't intend to hide it from Nie Yao.
