"President, Mr. Nie has been brought here—" the secretary reminded softly.
Li Jinxing then turned his gaze away from the computer screen and looked at Father Nie who was not far away. He stood up and walked over, pointing to the sofa beside him and said, "Mr. Nie, I didn't expect you to come here to visit me. Please take a seat--"
Father Nie nodded and responded somewhat embarrassedly, then sat down on the sofa with Li Jinxing. After the secretary poured a cup of tea and left, he slowly said, "Master Li Jiu, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to disturb you, but I really have something urgent to do today..."
"Really?" Li Jinxing smiled noncommittally, picked up the teacup and took a sip before raising an eyebrow and asking, "I wonder if the urgent matter Mr. Nie mentioned is a business matter or a personal one?"
"It's a private matter..." Father Nie chuckled and whispered, "I know private matters shouldn't be brought up in a workplace like this, but Master Li Jiu is busy, so I have no other choice..."
Li Jinxing waved his hand, put down his teacup, and replied with a faint smile: "Mr. Nie, there are only two of us here. There is no need for those polite words. Tell me, what is the urgent matter that brought you to come to me?"
"It's about A-Yao!" Father Nie paused and sighed softly, "I had an argument with A-Yao on the phone yesterday. I thought she was just mad and was planning to talk to her in a couple of days, but I didn't expect her to actually have her car and apartment keys returned today!"
Hearing Father Nie's helpless sigh, a smile quickly appeared on the corner of Li Jinxing's lips, but then he returned to his usual nonchalant state.
Seeing that Li Jinxing was listening expressionlessly and didn't express his opinion, Father Nie was unsure of what he was thinking. He could only continue, "I know that Ayao is a stubborn child. I wanted to call her and have a good talk with her, but she got angry and refused to answer my calls or reply to my messages!"
Father Nie sighed deeply when he reached this point, and said to Li Jinxing with a wry smile, "Master Li Jiu, I know you and A Yao are living together now, so I have no choice but to come to the company to find you!"

When asked this by Li Jinxing, Father Nie was stunned.
Why did he feel that what Master Li Jiu said was somewhat aggressive and dissatisfied?
"Ayao is still young after all. I know what I said to her yesterday was too harsh, so she's unhappy..."
