She paused here, sneered and said: "As for you, if you really care about him, you will understand why he decided to do this!"
"I'm his elder brother, of course I care about him..." Li Yaofeng replied with a cold face.
"So, may I ask, when he was assassinated and nearly died in Egypt's Valley of the Kings, when he was being followed and eavesdropped on, where were you?"
Nie Yao's question stunned Li Yaofeng.
Li Yaofeng waited a long moment before looking at Nie Yao. His voice trembled slightly, "Miss Nie, what did you say? You said he was assassinated in Egypt and almost... died?"
He tried to take a sip of coffee to calm his shock, but his hand holding the coffee kept shaking and he almost spilled it on himself.
Nie Yao felt confused when she saw him like this. He didn't look like he was pretending. Could it be that Li Jinxing didn't even tell his brother about such a big thing?
"Didn't he tell you?" Nie Yao raised her eyebrows and asked.
This brother even knew that they were going to Egypt, so how could he not know that Li Jinxing was injured?
Li Yaofeng was about to speak when a familiar voice rang out, "Brother, you don't have to embarrass Yaoyao. Take out the artifacts and hand them over to the Egyptian Antiquities Bureau. This was all my decision!"

She had thought that her brother Li Jinxing had just sent someone to bring her here, but it turned out that Li Jinxing was also here, which made her feel relieved!
