Chapter 878 Going Back
When Li Jinxing heard what Nie Yao said, he nodded in agreement and smiled softly, "Yaoyao, since you're doing this, I support you... When are you planning to leave? Do you want me to go back with you?"
"I'm already back at the hotel, ready to pack my bags and book a flight for the nearest time. Go early and come back early!"
Nie Yao said this and smiled, "You don't have to go back with me. I can handle this matter myself. There's no need to waste your time!"
"Okay, then be careful on the road. If they dare to bully you, you must tell me immediately!" Li Jinxing was still a little worried about the Nie family, so he reminded them in a low voice.
Nie Yao responded with a smile, and chatted with Li Jinxing for a few more words before ending the call and picking up her phone to look for air tickets.
Just then, Nie Xiao sent her a text message, asking if she would return to the Nie family, saying that he was still considering it...
Nie Yao smiled faintly and immediately replied, "I will return to the Nie family. Since this matter is related to your parents, you should go back and face it!"
Not long after she sent the message, Nie Xiao replied immediately: "Okay, cousin, since you say so, I will set off back immediately!"
Nie Yao looked at his message, shrugged and smiled, then picked up her phone, booked the nearest flight back home, and continued packing.
Looking at her archaeological notes on the table, Nie Yao put them all into her backpack. After she finished packing her luggage, she called her father back and told him that she had changed her mind and decided to come back to the Nie family.
When Father Nie saw that she finally agreed, he breathed a sigh of relief, and a long-lost smile appeared on his face again. He confirmed the time of return with Nie Yao and said that he would send a car to pick her up.
"There's no need to be so troublesome. I'm not sure if the plane will be delayed. I can just take a taxi back to the old house after I land!" Nie Yao whispered to her father on the phone.
"How can it be troublesome? I'll just ask my assistant to pick you up..." Father Nie waved his hand and made the decision without further explanation.
Seeing that her father was so insistent, Nie Yao could no longer refuse and could only nod in agreement helplessly.
After the call ended, Father Nie's mood had improved considerably. Seeing that Old Man Nie was still frowning, he stepped forward and whispered comfortingly, "Dad, don't be too upset. Now that this matter has erupted, we can only resolve it by holding a family meeting! Yaoyao just called me and said she'll be flying back soon!"

"Yes, she said she had finished her work and could come back as soon as possible..."

When she heard about this incident at home, she was willing to put down her work and come back to help!"
