"Where is he now?" Shen Que repeated the question.
But he vaguely knew the answer.
Sure enough, Shen Lu looked at the giant tree in the distance.
"He is at the center of this spiritual realm."
Chen Lu picked a small flower casually, and the flower turned into starlight and disappeared as soon as it left the stem.
"This spiritual realm has five layers in total. The outermost layer is made of golden vines that prevent outsiders from entering. Pei Ji created them to protect those outside."
"The second layer is a deep pool, buried with countless insect eggs. This is the third layer, used to repair the breach. There are two more layers inside. I went to see them, but they were blocked by vines. I could only see the tree at the innermost part."
"This spiritual realm was created by Pei Ji?" Shen Que stood up and looked at the breathtaking giant tree.
Shen Lu nodded.
Shen Que raised his leg and walked away, "The vines won't stop me."
Shen Lu quickly grabbed him and said, "But it will pull you into a parallel time and space."
Shen Que was slightly stunned: "Was that a parallel universe just now?"
Is what he experienced the story of himself and Pei Ji in another timeline?
Shen Que thought for a moment: "To be more precise, it is a parallel time and space created by Pei Ji."
He seemed to be struggling with how to explain it more accurately, so he paused for a long time, looked down at the water beneath his feet, and paced slowly.
Shen Que waited for him quietly, his expression didn't change much, but he was extremely anxious inside.

“That’s a sign of mental power out of control…” Shen Que murmured.
The stronger the mental power, the more serious the consequences of losing control.
Shen Que had heard of a case where an S-rank soldier's mental power went out of control and destroyed an entire town.
Pei Ji must have considered the worst possible scenario and created the outermost barrier to prevent himself from affecting others.
But he couldn't avoid the impact of losing control on himself.
Shen Que looked at the tree in the distance, "How can I resolve his cognitive confusion?"
"actually……"
Chen Lu lowered his head and picked another flower.
