"You want to sleep with me?"
Jin Yi stood in front of the door, looked at Xingyao who was holding his arm tightly, and frowned.
Xingyao nodded frantically.
"My parents are in the same room with Mumu, and Xiaozhu and Mianmian are girls. Please have pity on me!"
He said, hugging his arms tighter.
Jin Yi raised his eyebrows, "I'm an Alpha."
Xingyao: "But that person has no face!!!"
Jin Yi sighed.
He glanced at the stairs and saw three other little blond heads popping out from the corner, sticking out their tongues at him in unison.
Xingyao kept chattering: "I really saw it! That person was in the yard, and he had only hair! There was hair at the back and hair at the front! It was so scary!!!"
Jin Yi lowered his head, his gaze tracing from the Omega's watery eyes to his rosy mouth that opened and closed, and then to his neck and collarbone that were exposed from his cotton pajamas...
He suddenly reached out and pressed Xingyao's head.
As if a switch was turned off, Xingyao closed her mouth and looked at Jinyi pitifully.
"Have you forgotten that you still owe me two answers?" Jin Yi spoke in a low voice.
Xingyao swallowed, "Can you please not talk about that for now..."
The other three people at the corner slapped their foreheads at the same time and closed their eyes in frustration.
After two seconds of silence, Jin Yi opened the door expressionlessly.
He did not pull his hand away, and Xingyao did not let go either. She followed him into the room step by step.
The wooden door opened and closed, and the dim light in the corridor was replaced by the hazy moonlight coming in from the window.
After the door was completely closed, Jin Yi suddenly turned around, pulled out his hand, and with a "bang", trapped Xing Yao in the narrow gap between the door and himself.
Xingyao was startled.
Leaning closer, Jin Yi lowered his eyes, looked at the stunned Omega beneath him, and asked in a low voice: "Aren't you afraid that I will forcibly mark you?"
The warm breath hit his cheek, and Xingyao became flustered. He raised his eyes slightly and was caught off guard by those dark eyes.
"You..." Xingyao asked blankly, "Can you..."
Jin Yi suddenly smiled, and this expression looked very vivid on his face. Xing Yao blushed uncontrollably. He looked at Jin Yi and moved closer.
"I'll give you one more chance. Turn around now and I'll open the door for you, or you can stay. No one can guarantee what will happen tonight."
Jin Yi's voice was cold, without any warmth.
Xingyao felt a pang of pain in her heart and her eyes turned red.
He realized that Jin Yi was trying to drive him away, and he knew he should leave.
"But..." Xingyao's lips trembled slightly, and she lowered her head awkwardly, "I'm scared..."
Jin Yi took a deep breath.
Suppressing the dirty impulse in his heart, he pounded on the door, turned around, closed his eyes, took two deep breaths, and declared with all his rationality:
"You sleep on the bed."
After saying this, he didn't look at Xingyao again, but walked straight to the cabinet and prepared to take out another quilt.
When Jin Yi opened the cabinet, he suddenly realized that Xing Yao had not moved.
Turning his head in confusion, Jin Yi was surprised to see Xingyao leaning against the door, with her head lowered and tears falling.
The moonlight made the long golden hair look a little lighter, covering the trembling eyebrows and eyes. The tiny tears were like broken stars, sliding down silently one after another.
Jin Yi stopped what he was doing.
His heart couldn't help but soften. He sighed softly, walked back to the door, and extended his hand to Xingyao.
Omega looked at him aggrievedly, hesitated for a while, and then followed his heart and buried himself in Jin Yi's arms.
"There has to be a limit to being willful." Jin Yi rubbed the blonde hair in his arms and said helplessly, "Before you hug me, shouldn't you give me an answer first?"
Xingyao whimpered softly: "I'm really scared..."
"There are no ghosts in the house." Jin Yi sighed.
Xingyao said sullenly: "It's not that..."
He hugged Jin Yi tighter. Perhaps because of pheromones, Jin Yi's body temperature was lower than that of ordinary people, but his arms were very warm, warmer than he imagined.
Xingyao sniffed and said in a hoarse voice: "I'm afraid that one day you will suddenly find someone more suitable than me... I like you so much, Jinyi, I have liked you for many, many years. If you choose me and then leave me, I don't know what to do..."
In an instant, Jin Yi felt his heart contract violently, and then began to beat wildly. The strong emotion almost suffocated him.
He moved away slightly and held Xingyao's face.

He wiped away the tears on Xingyao's face with his fingertips.

Her long eyelashes trembled slightly due to the weight of tears, and Xingyao opened her mouth: "Then...then can you tell me how many personal reasons you have for wanting me to stay?"
Jin Yi looked at Xingyao solemnly, with countless complicated emotions in his eyes.
In comparison, Xingyao's eyes were extremely clear, and as pure as a handful of clear water.
After a moment of silence, Jin Yi said, "All of them."
Whether or not an outstanding mecha master can be retained is something the leader has to consider. Even if one takes a step back, the person who should come forward is the current administrative minister, whose duties have nothing to do with Jin Yi.
