Before long, the six of them arrived at a Sichuan restaurant.
Haiwang handed the menu to Lin Xiao, "Brother Xiao, you're the birthday boy, you order first."
Outside, the Sea King no longer called him Godfather, nor did he call him Xiaozai; so Lin Xiao became Brother Xiao again.
Lin Xiao ordered a few main dishes and then handed the menu to Bai Youyou, "Junior, take a look, is there anything you want to eat?"
Bai Youyou ordered a dish of tofu fish.

"Come on, let's raise a glass and wish Ah Xiao a happy birthday!" Wei Ye said, raising his glass.
So everyone raised their glasses: "Happy Birthday!"
Lin Xiao smiled sincerely: "Thank you!"
Bai Youyou drank a little fruit wine, and it flushed her face, making her fair cheeks blush like an enticing red apple.
Lin Xiao gave Bai Youyou a deep look and gently advised, "Junior Bai, don't drink alcohol. Drink some Vita Milk instead; milk is soothing."
Sang Ting smiled at Lin Xiao and giggled, "Senior Lin Xiao, you still say you're not biased? How come I'm fine when I drink, but you feel bad when Youyou drinks?"
Bai Youyou's head was spinning a little. She looked at Sang Ting blankly and said with pursed lips, "Sang Ting, don't talk nonsense. Senior is just concerned about me."
Sang Ting raised an eyebrow and smiled, "Yes, Senior Lin Xiao only cares about you."
Fearing that Bai Youyou might misunderstand that Lin Xiao liked her, Haiwang quickly smoothed things over, saying, "Junior Sister Sang Ting, your Senior Lin Xiao doesn't care about you, but your Senior Haiwang does. Drink less alcohol and more milk!"
Sang Ting laughed heartily, "Senior Sea King, that's different."
Aquaman chuckled and said, "What's the difference?"
Bird watched their interaction, pursed his lips, and frowned deeply.
He poured himself a cup of barley tea and pushed it in front of Sang Ting without making a sound.
Sang Ting was slightly taken aback. "Thank you, Senior Bird."
She suddenly felt that something was different.
Lin Xiao looked at Sang Ting with a piercing gaze and a half-smile, then changed the subject, saying, "Junior Sang Ting, would you like tea or milk now? That is the question."
Sang Ting was taken aback, then picked up her wine glass, took a sip, and squinted her eyes because of the spiciness.
"I'll drink!" Sang Ting giggled, appearing quite playful.
After dinner, Lin Xiao suggested going to karaoke, saying, "It's on me."
Everyone was very excited.
The karaoke venue was on the fifth floor of the mall, and we arrived quickly.
Lin Xiao booked a medium-sized private room, which was spacious enough for six people.
Sang Ting was the first to request one of her signature songs and began to sing it in a high-pitched voice.
Bai Youyou clutched her gift bag, pursed her lips, and looked at Lin Xiao.
She felt she should say something to show her sincerity.
So she waved to Lin Xiao.
Lin Xiao leaned closer and asked with a smile, "What's wrong, junior?"
Bai Youyou shielded her eyes from the noise outside and whispered in Lin Xiao's ear, "Happy birthday, senior! This is my birthday present for you. I hope you like it."
As he spoke, he handed the canvas bag to Lin Xiao.
Lin Xiao had been keeping an eye on the silly junior's gift, but he didn't know when she would give it to him.
The people in dormitory 808 didn't give him any gifts, but they pooled their money to treat him to a meal.
Sang Ting gave him a book as soon as they met.
Although he had always known that the silly junior was knitting a scarf for him, and he had even knitted a little himself, Lin Xiao still felt a strange sense of emotion when he actually saw the results.
The nerdy junior loves reading the most. For the past few days, she hasn't been to the library, instead knitting a scarf day and night.

Bai Youyou's eyes sparkled.
She smiled, pursing her lips.
A cute dimple appeared at the corner of her lips.
After a moment of silence, she leaned close to Lin Xiao's ear again and said sweetly, "Senior, my birthday is next...next month!"
Lin Xiao was taken aback, counted on his fingers for a moment, and raised an eyebrow, saying, "Hmm! I've got it, it's January. What kind of gift do you want?"
"I want my senior to knit me a pair of pink gloves. They'll be connected in the middle with a string so I can hang them around my neck and not lose them."
Lin Xiao raised an eyebrow and gave the dazed junior a deep look.
Her eyes were clear and bright, and her cheeks were slightly pink; she was very beautiful.
His dark eyes flickered slightly, and he nodded, saying, "Alright! Satisfied!"
Bai Youyou laughed, "You said it yourself, no take-backs! If you forget, I'll get angry."
"Don't worry, I will definitely do what I promised you."
As Sang Ting finished her song, exaggerated praise, applause, and the sound of a gourd being shaken filled the private room.
Aquaman followed suit and requested a Cantonese song.
As soon as he opened his mouth, he caused a great uproar among the crowd.
Lin Xiao also sang a few of his signature songs.
Bai Youyou hadn't requested a song until Sang Ting encouraged her, at which point she sang a duet with her of a representative song by a famous group.
During this time, Haiwang, Sang Ting, and others played a staring contest game, and Lin Xiao also played a few rounds with them.
They played until midnight before returning to school.
The car was parked on the roadside under the sycamore trees.
