satisfy.

Wen Zhuo thought expressionlessly, but she was more inclined to call the police.

You'll be the first one arrested in a prostitution crackdown!

"Let me go first." Wen Zhuo's voice was weak, and she kicked him a few more times.

Wen Zhaoye pinched her ankle, his fingers tracing the bite marks he had left: "I'll carry you to take a bath."

Wen Zhuo was unwilling and jumped up and down to forcefully get off Wen Zhaoye: "Let go! Let go of me! I can take a bath by myself!"

Wen Zhaoye seemed to need some time to calm down as well. He silently agreed and stood there watching Wen Zhuo's departing figure.

Wen Zhuo's legs were still a little weak, and she awkwardly grabbed her skirt, her mouth opening and closing, most likely cursing him.

Wen Zhaoye chuckled. He was happy if their relationship continued in this way.

Wen Zhuo shouldn't even think about abandoning him.

****

They maintained this abnormal relationship throughout this period. Wen Zhuo didn't know how to refuse, and Wen Zhaoye was happy to have closer contact with Wen Zhuo.

Wen Zhaoye is invading Wen Zhuo's life in a completely different way than before. In the past, he only took care of Wen Zhuo's daily life, but her friendships and daily life were not under his jurisdiction, and he would not interfere too much. Now, Wen Zhaoye has investigated all her interpersonal relationships, especially the male creatures around her.

Wen Zhuo: "..."

What exactly are we supposed to do?

Wen Zhaoye, on the other hand, said matter-of-factly: "As your older brother, I have the right to know about your interpersonal relationships."

Wen Zhuo couldn't take it anymore and pounced on him, grabbing his face: "What do you know? You're abusing your power for personal gain! I'm calling the police to arrest you right now!" Wen Zhaoye dodged left and right, his hands suddenly losing all strength and he couldn't push Wen Zhuo away at all: "Are you going to arrest me yourself?"

Wen Zhuo was exhausted and clung to Wen Zhaoye like a pancake. He held her in his arms, tilted his head to rest against hers, and rubbed against her, like small animals absorbing each other's warmth. His fingers stroked her long hair, and a tingling sensation ran up her brain as if scraping against her brain.

Wen Zhuo shuddered, and Wen Zhaoye turned around and hugged her tightly, softly calling her name: "Wen Zhuo, Wen Zhuo, Wen Zhuo, little sister."

Wen Zhuo lazily raised his eyes to look at him. Wen Zhaoye smiled, the golden sunlight reflecting in his eyes, giving his smile a burning warmth. He said, "I will always be your brother."

Wen Zhuo was somewhat lost in thought. She thought that her brother probably shouldn't be like this.

She concealed the complex emotions in her eyes, nuzzled his head again, and responded softly.

Time slipped away quickly through her fingers like sand in an hourglass, bringing the scorching summer sun. Wen Zhuo frowned, her palms flat above her eyes to shield her from the sun. Wen Zhaoye, who was standing in line beside her, followed suit and placed his palms horizontally, but instead of shielding himself from the sun, he placed them on Wen Zhuo's face.

"What are you blocking like that?"

Wen Zhuo looked up and glared at him: "What do you know? Who told you to forget to bring me a hat?"

Wen Zhaoye laughed: "Isn't this helping you cover it up?"

Wen Zhuo patted his hand dismissively, stood on tiptoe and looked at the long queue in front of her: "You can wait here, I'm going to the restroom."

Wen Zhaoye nodded and handed Wen Zhuo's bag to her, saying, "There's some paper inside."

Wen Zhuo took it, turned around and looked around, vaguely saw an arrow, and walked in that direction.

Her steps were unsteady, and she would occasionally glance at the pedestrians and shops on the street, take a few photos to share with Wen Zhaoye, when suddenly a new contact popped up on her phone.

Wen Zhuo clicked on it casually.

What are you doing with your brother?!

Wen Zhuo stared at the familiar profile picture, paused for a moment, and hesitantly clicked on it. A familiar face popped up; he was nearly forty, with only his hair on the sides, and stood with his hands behind his back, his belly protruding.

He is her adoptive father.

Wen Zhuo's face scrunched up. She went back and checked her message history and contact list, but there was no trace of any messages she had sent before.

Only she and her brother can access her phone.

Wen Zhuo fell silent.

She clicked "agree" expressionlessly, and soon her face was reflected as a bright green color on the screen.

[So you do know how to agree?]

[Get your brother back quickly!]

[What are you doing with your brother?!]

After Wen Zhuo added him to her blacklist, she deleted him from her friend list.

She slowly swayed into the bathroom, and then swayed out again a moment later. She shook the water droplets off her hands, and her phone suddenly vibrated again.

Wen Zhu glanced down at the phone; it was a harassing call. Just as she was about to hang up, a drop of water accidentally fell onto the green button.

Wen Zhuo frowned.

A sharp voice suddenly rang out in the air: "What did you and your brother do?!?!"

Wen Zhuo's lips tightened, her expression turned cold, and her voice was icy: "Who are you talking about? Wen Zhaoye? If I remember correctly, you proved a month ago that he has no blood relation to me, so where did I get a brother?"

The person on the other end of the phone was breathing heavily, and their voice lowered: "I know you have a grudge against the Wen family, but after all, you took eighteen years of her life. You can't just do this to your brother just to get revenge on your family."

"No matter what, A-Ye treats you like his own sister. You can't hurt him like this." The woman spoke earnestly and from the bottom of her heart, finally coughing a few times as if she were losing her strength.

Wen Zhuo choked up: "Since you even know what we're doing, how come you didn't find out that it was Wen Zhaoye who approached me?"

"You should know very well who's bothering whom, right? If you're so capable, why don't you hurry up and get Wen Zhaoye away from me? Is it because you can't control Wen Zhaoye, so you're picking on me, the easy target?" she sneered.

Wen Zhuo didn't bother to listen to what she had to say next, and hung up the phone directly. She turned around and walked out with a cold face.

A dark figure appeared at the doorway without warning, and Wen Zhuo bumped into it before she could avoid it.

"hiss!"

Who's not watching where they're going?!

"Why did you walk out without even looking where you were going?" A cold voice suddenly rang out.

While inwardly cursing that this person had stolen her words, Wen Zhuo stepped back and raised her head. The person pressed down on her waist, and then slowly moved his palm up her back to pinch the back of her neck.

Wen Zhuo: "!!"

"Wen Zhaoye, what are you doing!"

Wen Zhaoye's gaze was dark and brooding. He snatched her phone with his other hand, and Wen Zhuo jumped up to try and grab it back, but Wen Zhaoye forcefully held her down: "Who were you talking to just now?"

Wen Zhuo retorted, "Why do you care who I talk to on the phone? Have you been interfering more and more lately?"

Wen Zhaoye casually unlocked her password, and Wen Zhuo started glaring at him again. Wen Zhaoye didn't even look up: "Even a ghost could guess it's your birthday."

Although it was indeed her birthday, her password was encrypted with a different password than the original. How did Wen Zhaoye know which method she used to encrypt it?

Wen Zhu stared at him, and sure enough, he was the one who had been using her phone without permission!

"Wen Zhaoye! Don't you have any shame? This is my privacy!"

After searching through the phone skillfully, Wen Zhaoye placed it back in her hand.

A dark shadow enveloped Wen Zhuo's figure. He lowered his head, a hint of anger simmering in his dark eyes, and said in a low voice, "Now, can you explain what you mean by 'get me out of your life'?"

He leaned down, suddenly closing the distance so that Wen Zhuo could clearly hear his breathing: "Do you still want me to leave? Or do you not want me?"

His words were vague, and his meaning became ambiguous. Wen Zhuo subconsciously avoided his gaze, but then quickly looked back. She said, "I was just saying that out of anger. Why are you taking it seriously?"

Wen Zhaoye stared intently at her expression, a sarcastic smile playing on his lips, and sneered:

"You know perfectly well whether you're joking or just trying to provoke me."
