Master 29

Master 29

He Mian supported himself on the bed with one hand. Song Jing stared at him for a long while. She then shifted her gaze to the right and glanced at the object in his hand.

The dopamine produced by temptation will bring people a feeling of happiness. Song Jing generously admitted that she was actually a person who could not resist temptation, especially when the temptation was He Mian. She liked this kind of temptation.

I won't refuse such temptation.

Song Jing suddenly felt a little dry in the mouth, then pursed her lips and nodded, "Well, why don't you try it on?"

"Okay." He Mian responded readily. Seeing that Song Jing seemed to be interested, he lowered his head with a gleam in his eyes and put on the anklet. The silver ring was buckled around his ankle, which was faintly covered with veins and had smooth lines.

The anklets and bells seemed to sparkle slightly under the light.

He sat up and knelt on the bed, the bells jingling as his body moved.

Song Jing raised her eyebrows and looked at him, then sat up, hooked her fingers on his collar and pulled him towards her, "He Mian, it seems like I like you so much."

The room was lit at the lowest setting, and the dim light reflected on He Mian's face. One could clearly see the smile on his brows, and there seemed to be a layer of mist in his eyes. Song Jing was not as direct as he was about her feelings, and she rarely told him directly that she liked him.

He knew that Song Jing's emotions had been provoked by him.

He Mian smiled and followed her movements, lowering his head to kiss her. The bells hooked on her fingertips entered their eardrums along with the sounds of their breathing and the passionate and deep kisses.

Song Jing released her hand from his collar and slowly moved it down. When it touched the skin on He's chest, he shuddered at the coldness of her hand.

He Mian's body temperature was higher than the average human body temperature, which made him feel that Song Jing's hand was even colder. "My hand is a little cold, isn't it?"

There was a hint of panting in Song Jing's voice when she spoke, and she made a gesture as if she was going to stretch out her hand.

He Mian took the lead and pressed her hand through her pajamas. "It will soon be warm." He chuckled and lowered his voice. "Jingjing, touch me more."

He held her in his arms and slowly placed kisses all over her body, letting her fingertips touch his body and leave countless marks.

"Jingjing, I love you too."

"Jingjing, is this okay? Will it make you uncomfortable?"

"Tell me if you feel uncomfortable." He Mian leaned close to her ear and asked softly, the hot air he exhaled tickling her ears.

His thin voice and the bells dangling from his body rang in her ears.

When Song Jing didn't respond, he asked her again and again in a gentle voice, until Song Jing uttered a few incoherent words, letting He Mian know that his action was to make her feel comfortable, and then he stopped.

After the intense exercise, Song Jing was covered in sweat. Colds were most common in this season, so He Mian wiped her body again with a hot towel and then a dry towel.

Song Jing had just washed her hands, and they quickly became cold after being wet. She crawled back into bed for a long time, but her hands still didn't warm up. She rubbed her hands vigorously in the quilt, but unfortunately, the warmth in her palms only lasted for a moment, and then quickly turned cold again.

He Mian tidied up everything in the room before going to bed. Hearing her movements in the quilt, He Mian reached out and held her hand to warm it, and then simply put her hand on his body to keep her warm.

Song Jing lay in bed in a daze for a long time before she recovered from her somewhat distracted state. She tucked her hands under He Mian's pajamas, her palms pressed against his abdominal muscles, and her hands finally began to warm up.

She raised her eyebrows and looked at He Mian, rolled her eyes and suddenly said, "He Mian, don't you always want to make it public?"

Song Jing's voice was a little hoarse, and she paused to clear her throat. "When can we post a photo together or something? Or maybe we don't have to hide our relationship at the company, so everyone knows you're my boyfriend."

He Mian opened his eyes and was slightly startled. He sat up and asked in a slightly raised tone, "Really?"

"Why would I lie to you?" Song Jing was a little amused. In fact, she felt that it didn't matter to her now whether to hide it or not, but He Mian seemed to want everyone to know about their relationship.

He Mian always thinks about how to make her happy, so she should also make him happy in due time.

Seeing that her tone didn't sound like a joke, He Mian lay down beside her again and hugged her, rubbing against her chest while holding her.

He leaned against Song Jing's collarbone, his voice trembling, "Then can you not block others and just make it public to all your friends? And shouldn't my parents also know about my existence?"

Song Jing tilted her head and placed her hands on his abdominal muscles to keep warm. "What do you mean by mom and dad? How come you call them so easily?"

"Can't I call you that?" He leaned over to her ear and whispered, his tone immediately changing to pitiful.

"I, I didn't say no. My parents have known that I'm in a relationship for a long time, but they just don't know what you look like." Song Jing pulled her hand away from the warm body.

"Really? Then why should we post group photos? We don't seem to have many group photos. You don't even like taking photos." He Mian began to ramble on and on, then took out his cell phone and started looking through the photo album. Song Jing noticed a lot of solo photos of her in his photo album that were taken secretly.

She frowned and poked He Mian's chest, "Why do you have so many photos of me?"

He Mian pursed his lips, not trying to hide it, "I can't see you at the company, so I can only miss you by looking at your things." He flipped through it and luckily there was a photo of them together from their previous trip to the amusement park that he could show off.

"How about this one? Or take another one now." He Mian said with some excitement.

Song Jing leaned over to look at the picture on his phone, "This one is pretty good. Also, why are you posting a photo so late at night? We'll talk about it tomorrow." She took He Mian's hand and poked his phone with her finger to exit the album page, but found that his screen saver was still the photo of him and her taken at the dog cafe.

What she didn't know was that He Mian changed his screensaver to this one the day he got the photo from the dog cafe.

"Why are you still using this photo?" Song Jing put her head on his shoulder and muttered.

"I like it." He Mian put away his phone, "I like it very much."

This was the first real photo of him and her.

Song Jing's long hair fell down her face and draped over He Mian's body. He leaned over and tucked her hair with his hand. "Can we post that photo tomorrow?"

"Yeah." Song Jing was a little sleepy, and her voice was a little light when she responded to him.

He Mian patted her back gently, "Jingjing, go to sleep if you're tired. What would you like for breakfast tomorrow?"

"I want to eat barbecued pork buns, lava buns, yellow buns, and baked egg tarts..." As she spoke, her voice gradually became lower until it was almost silent.

"Okay, I'll cook whatever you want to eat." He Mian said softly, turned over and tucked the quilt in for her, covering her entire body except her head.

Because she was worried that he wouldn't be used to the completely dark room, Song Jing would now sleep with the bedside lamp on. He Mian turned his head to look at the marks on his shoulders and arms where Song Jing had pinched him, his heart filled with excitement and joy. Only he could be left with these ambiguous marks on his body by Song Jing, and only he would always be by Song Jing's side.

Song Jing will always be Xiaomian's master and He Mian's eternal lover.

Thinking of this, He Mian gently hugged her and fell asleep peacefully with his breathing at a similar frequency to hers.

On Monday, Song Jing, having had a good weekend break, went to work feeling quite energetic. The weather was slightly warmer than a while ago, and it was sunny, with sunlight filtering through the car windows all the way.

After He Mian's car stopped, Song Jing checked her bag, put it on her shoulder and opened the car door, but He Mian's car door was still locked.

"Huh? Why can't the door be opened?" She was a little confused and thought that the car's automatic driving system had malfunctioned.

He Mian turned around and held her arm, "Jingjing, I want a kiss." He tilted his head slightly and closed his eyes.

Song Jing raised her head and kissed him on the side of his face, "Okay, get to work now. If you're late for clocking in, your perfect attendance record will be gone."

"It's still early." He Mian was satisfied. He held her hand and kissed her palm lightly before opening the car door.

After getting out of the car, He Mian insisted on holding her hand to go to the company, even holding her hand while standing in the elevator.

Song Jing silently turned her head and glared at him, poking the back of his hand with her fingertips.

When the elevator reached the fourth floor, Song Jing shook He Mian's hand to indicate that she was going to the office, but she didn't expect He Mian to follow her out.

There were several colleagues from other groups in the elevator. When the elevator door closed, Song Jing frowned and asked, "What's wrong? Isn't your office on the sixth floor?"

"I'll take you to your office first, and then I'll go back to my office." He Mian's eyes were full of smiles, and he looked like he couldn't wait to show off everywhere.

Song Jing had no choice but to stop refuting him.

He Mian had just reached the door of Song Jing's team's office on the fourth floor when he was startled by the scene before him. He pointed at the ribbon bow on the door and asked hesitantly, "What is this for?"

"Oh, today is Qianjin's birthday. Isn't its special room next to our office? The boss comes to the company every year on Qianjin's birthday. It must have been decorated by Aunt Xu." Aunt Xu is the breeder who takes care of Qianjin in the company.

He Mian just came to the branch this year. It was the first time he saw them celebrating the boss's cat's birthday, and he felt a little curious.

"Okay, just drop me off here. It's not like we're in a long-distance relationship, why would you be so reluctant to leave?" Song Jing released their clasped hands and then tickled He Mian's palm. "Besides, I'm going to the lab soon. I'll be in the lab all morning. Don't come here to spy on me."

"Yeah." He Mian, whose little secret was exposed, was not embarrassed at all, and just responded softly.

"Let's go to your office for lunch at noon." Seeing his reluctant look, Song Jing reminded him that they could be together again at noon.

"Okay." He Mian's voice was filled with smiles. He couldn't help but lower his head and quickly kissed her on the forehead. Before Song Jing could react, he walked towards the elevator.

In the afternoon, Song Jing went to the laboratory and worked for a while. Just after finishing the work at hand, the department started afternoon tea and cake distribution to celebrate her daughter's birthday. She could even leave work early today and pack up and leave after eating cake and afternoon tea.

Song Jing sat back at her workstation. The entire office was decorated by Aunt Xu with yellow and blue decorations interwoven together, which were the colors most easily recognizable for kittens.

Song Jing couldn't help but think of the yellow and blue spherical ornaments on He Mian's desk. She had never expected that He Mian, who looked so serious on the surface, could be so cute. And it seemed that only she knew how cute he was.

The company's administrative colleagues were preparing afternoon tea. Song Jing was a little tired after standing in the laboratory for a long time today, so she just sat quietly in her seat to rest.

She hadn't stared at the air for long when she felt something furry at her feet.

Song Jing lowered her head and found that it was Qianjin who was squatting at her feet and nudging her ankle with her head.

She smiled and squatted down and followed Qianjin's action to touch its head. The kitten rubbed its head against her palm happily, but it suddenly stopped and put its nose into Song Jing's palm.

The pink nose moved, and it suddenly cried out, then looked up at Song Jing in some surprise, and silently took a few steps back.

Song Jing tilted her head, looking at Qian Jin's reaction with some surprise, feeling a little puzzled. Her hands were clean; she had just washed them with hand sanitizer in the lab. Seeing Qian Jin running off to join other colleagues, Song Jing decided not to tease her anymore. She clapped her hands, stood up, and bumped into He Mian.

"Why are you here? Why are you walking so quietly?" Song Jing muttered softly, and He Mian stretched out his left arm to hug her waist.

"Kittens don't make any noise when they walk." He Mian said in a voice that only the two of them could hear. Seeing that Song Jing's eyes were still on Qian Jin, He Mian was a little confused, "What's wrong? Are you staring at it?"

"Didn't Qianjin like me very much? She just asked me to pet her, but she just sniffed my palm and ran away."

He Mian grabbed her palm and held it to his nose. "Mint-flavored hand sanitizer?"

"Well, I accidentally touched some chemical reagents in the laboratory just now, so I washed them with hand sanitizer. Could it be because of this smell?" Song Jing smelled her free hand.

He Mian shook his head. "No, it probably ran away when it saw me coming." He Mian knew that Qianjin didn't seem to like him very much and was a little afraid of him. "Besides, you smell like me. Qianjin probably thinks you have a cat and doesn't want to play with you anymore."

"Is this true?" Although Song Jing had some understanding of cats, she was not a cat and did not understand many of cats' thoughts.

"Of course it's true, and I kissed the palm of your hand today, and it has the smell of my mark." He Mian explained seriously.

"But why can't I smell your scent?" Song Jing smelled the other hand, but didn't smell anything. It was like He Mian always said she smelled good, but she couldn't smell her own scent.

"Maybe only kittens can smell it." He Mian said seriously.

Song Jing nodded, not quite understanding. When she looked up again, she saw Qianjin running away and heading straight towards the office door, then stopping in front of a pair of black high heels.

The woman in a black dress bent down and picked up the baby. "It's so heavy, it weighs so many pounds." She teased the kitten, but couldn't hold it anymore, so she handed the baby to the man in a suit next to her.

A colleague handed the cut cake to Song Jing and He Mian, and the two stood at Song Jing's workstation and enjoyed the afternoon tea prepared by the administration.

Song Jing took the cut cake and leaned against He Mian as she felt a little tired from standing. She nudged He Mian with her elbow and said, "It's been a while since I saw Mr. Zhou. Zhou Zhu is here with us."

"We didn't see them very often at the headquarters before." He Mian and Song Jing chatted casually.

"Why do I feel that Assistant Zhou and General Manager Zhou look more and more alike." Song Jing couldn't help but think of their private gossip. After Zhou Yunyu finished studying abroad, she started to take over the family business. At the beginning, she worked as a manager in the branch company where Song Jing was. At that time, her general assistant was Zhou Yi.

All in all, Zhou Yi worked as her assistant for at least four or five years.

Song Jing's colleagues had gossiped that Mr. Zhou and Zhou Zhu seemed to be a couple. Even if they were not a couple, Zhou Yi was Zhou Yunyu's lover.

"More and more?" He Mian looked up at his boss and her assistant not far away. "It seems they've always been a bit similar."

Song Jing couldn't help but tell He Mian the gossip she had heard before.

He Mian raised his eyebrows. "Your gossip is very different from the gossip I've heard."

He bent his lip and whispered in her ear, "Some people also say that Zhou Zhu is Mr. Zhou's half-brother." To put it bluntly, it actually means illegitimate child. "But it's just gossip they made up. As for the truth, I don't know."

Song Jing covered her mouth and said, "No way, Mr. Zhou and Assistant Zhou have a very good relationship, but they don't look like siblings at all, even though they both have the last name Zhou." Song Jing didn't have a very full lunch today, so she was hungry now. She finished the cream cake in no time, and He Mian even forked her favorite strawberry and put it into her mouth.

The office is a bit noisy now. Some people are exchanging pleasantries with Mr. Zhou, some are eating quietly like Song Jing, and some are chatting with colleagues.

So no one noticed the communication and actions between He Mian and Song Jing. He Mian became bolder and put his hand around her waist.

"Anyway, my sixth sense tells me they're definitely not brother and sister." Song Jing hadn't seen Zhou Yunyu and Zhou Yi for so long that her impression of them had gradually faded. But people are always curious. "Maybe they look alike because they're a couple," she joked.

"Well, Jingjing, what you said makes sense." He Mian picked out all the strawberries from the fruit box and fed them to Song Jing, and also helped her eat the apples that she didn't like.

"Then does your sixth sense tell you what our relationship is?" He Mian suddenly asked.

"Aren't we a couple?" Song Jing looked up at He Mian, playing with his work badge in her hand.

"Then don't we look like a couple? Not at all?" He Mian asked her, bending his waist slightly.

Song Jing looked away and was silent for a few seconds before continuing, "I'm face-blind to my own appearance, I don't know..."

"There's a saying that couples who kiss more often will look more alike."

Song Jing tilted her head, not understanding the meaning of He Mian's words.

"Please kiss me more, Jingjing, so that we can look like a couple." He Mian's tone was extremely gentle, so gentle that it was almost like a coquettish tone. He supported Song Jing and spoke close to her ear. Because he was too close, his upper lip seemed to touch her earlobe.

Song Jing's ears were originally cold, but they quickly became warm after being touched by He Mian.

But what she didn't notice was that He Mian's ears had already turned red.

"We're in the office now, you can't kiss." She put her hands on He Mian's chest and warned him secretly.

"Okay, okay, I won't." He Mian raised his hands in surrender. "Then can we kiss when we get home?"

"Let's talk about it when we get home." Song Jing was afraid that He Mian would say something shocking again, so she quickly covered his mouth to stop him from talking.

What should I do if I have a clingy boyfriend? I have no choice but to pamper him.

After having afternoon tea, He Mian took Song Jing home from get off work early. He then hugged her and kissed her for more than ten minutes.

Just holding her on the sofa, even if it was just a light touch or their noses touching, He Mian's heart was filled with happiness.

He Mian thought that since cats are protected by cat gods, humans should also be protected by gods.

If cats can find him for help, then gods should be able to hear people's prayers.

Then, human gods, please, please, let Jingjing and him live together happily and healthily forever.
