Chapter 14 Hungry
Under Yu An's expectant gaze, Fu Yunshu drank the glass of water. The warm water flowed down his throat, and the warmth gradually spread to his limbs, as if even his internal organs wrapped in ice were slowly melting.
Fu Yunshu put the cup aside and said, "Thank you..."
"It's okay." Yu An shook his head. After delivering the water, he sat back on the small stool, looking at the chattering researchers, holding his face with his hands, waiting for Wen Xun to get off work and take him home.
Fu Yunshu did not leave for a while, sitting on the hospital bed and looking at Yu An. Yu An could naturally feel Fu Yunshu's gaze, but he did not dare to turn around and look at him. He was not good at chatting with people.
"Can you come with me to change clothes?" Fu Yunshu asked tentatively, his dark eyes staring at Yu An without blinking, "I don't want to go alone."
Fu Yunshu is six years older than Yu An and is only nine years old this year. After enduring the torture of mental force, his face turned pale and he looked even more pitiful with his drooping eyes.
Yu An was too embarrassed to refuse, "Okay, I'll go with you."
Since he had promised someone, he had to take action immediately. Yu An quickly walked to Fu Yunshu's bedside, waited for him to get up, and accompanied him to change clothes.
Fu Yunshu's temperature returned to normal and he regained strength, but his body was still stiff, so he had to slowly move down from the bed.
Yu An was afraid that he would fall, so he reached out his hand anxiously to support him, but he was too short, only reaching Fu Yunshu's waist. Fu Yunshu saw his intention, put his hand on his shoulder, and stood up.
"Walk slowly. It will hurt if you fall." Yu An frowned and warned like a worried little adult. "Where is your room? If it's too far, you can ask your uncle to get your clothes for you. We won't go there."

The researcher guarding the surveillance camera noticed the abnormality of the wild boar and dispatched nearby staff to check the cause. The staff passed by Yu An and did not think that it was the child's problem at all.
Fu Yunshu's room was half the size of an average room and was only furnished with simple furniture. He went to the bathroom to change his clothes, and Yu An was waiting for him outside.
Yu An observed this simple room, which was separated from the alien's room next door by only a layer of tempered glass. In a pile of snow, Yu An saw the alien submerged in the snow.
It was a half-human, half-snake creature with the appearance of a teenager. Its entire body was snow-white, even its hair and eyelashes were white. Its silver-white tail blended in with the surrounding snow.
The little white snake closed its eyes and wrapped itself with its tail, as if hibernating. The dense scales on its tail sparkled under the light, like a beautiful work of art, but there was a glaring scratch on its arm, which simply destroyed the overall beauty.
It was the first time that Yu An saw such a beautiful alien species, and he was stunned for a moment.
Solander interpreted Yu An's staring at the alien as a sign of hunger. "Baby, are you hungry? I'll go find you something to eat, okay?"
Solander was greatly surprised along the way.
There was food everywhere, even the food locked in the room, just like a buffet. You could just take it. Solander had already decided which alien to catch for the cub to eat.

Yu An ate two pieces, then looked up and saw Fu Yunshu watching him eat chocolate. After thinking for a moment, he broke off half and handed it to Fu Yunshu, "Brother, have some too."

Children are even more irresistible when they act like a spoiled child.

Yu An smiled sweetly. He knew that no one could resist the charm of chocolate. He gave half to Fu Yunshu and ate the other half without distraction.
Fu Yunshu has been watching Yu An. He has many brothers and sisters, but each of them hopes he will die. Fu Yunshu also hopes that they will all die sooner.
I used to think that all my brothers and sisters were such unpleasant people, but the appearance of Yu An broke this perception.
Fu Yunshu had to admit that he liked Yu An, a harmless, gentle and dependent brother, and he wanted Yu An to be his brother.
But soon, Fu Yunshu's eyes dimmed. Yu An's father was Uncle Wen Xun. He lived such a happy life, so why would he come to his disgusting home?

Wen Xun stopped outside the door, watching the two children getting along. He inexplicably felt that it would be a good idea for the two children to make friends. Yu An didn't have many peers to play with on weekdays, and Fu Yunshu was closed to the outside world and kept to himself.
Wen Xun never expected that these two children could get along so well. After standing outside the door for a while, he knocked on it, "Xiao Fu, An An, can I come in?"
Yu An stood up and said excitedly: "Dad is here!"
Fu Yunshu opened the door and nodded politely, "Uncle Wen Xun."
Wen Xun touched his head and asked, "How are you feeling?"
"Much better."

Fu Yunshu's body stiffened, knowing that Wen Xun already knew what he had done. Meeting Wen Xun's concerned eyes, he felt a surge of guilt and lowered his head, "I'm sorry."
Yu An walked over to Wen Xun, holding his hand, and looked at the two of them in confusion, "Why did my brother apologize to Dad?"
Wen Xun glanced at Fu Yunshu, touched Xiao Yu'an's head, and told him, "Because brother did something wrong, he realized his mistake."
Yu An didn’t know what Fu Yunshu had done wrong, but since his father said so, it meant that his brother was wrong. Putting aside all possibilities, his father must be right.
Seeing Wen Xun about to take Yu An away, Fu Yunshu lowered his eyes and asked casually, "Will you bring him here tomorrow?"
Fu Yunshu looked at Yu An with obvious hope in his eyes. It would be great if he could see him tomorrow. Yu An met his gaze, thought of the sweet chocolate he gave her, and smiled sweetly at Fu Yunshu.
Why does this child love to laugh so much... Fu Yunshu looked calm and composed, but his earlobes were visibly turning red.
