Wen Shuqiao nodded: "Okay, good night."
Shen Jiazhou nodded, his eyes still bright.
For some reason, Wen Shuqiao was having a bit of a hallucination. Shen Jiazhou really looked like a large domestic dog, except he didn't have a tail.
Wen Shuqiao composed herself and walked towards the children's room. As she carried Shen Jiazhou on her back, she couldn't help but raise her hand and pat her cheek.
What is he thinking all day long? Shen Jiazhou could never be a dog.
After watching the door to the children's room close, Shen Jiazhou slowly withdrew his gaze, turned halfway around, and walked into his own room.
After closing the door, Shen Jiazhou could no longer suppress the smile on his face. He quickly walked to the bedside, took off his shoes, and hid under his blanket, wrapping it around himself. Even Can Can would have to call her uncle a "twisting bug" if she came over now.
Shen Jiazhou chuckled for an unknown amount of time before finally calming down.
It's exactly midnight.
I sent Wen Shuqiao a message right on time: 【Happy Chinese New Year.】

Shen Jiazhou sighed, regretting that he should have added those people on WeChat if he had known.
I don't understand what they were pretending for before.
He lay down in disappointment, but couldn't fall asleep at all.
My phone vibrated.
Wen Shuqiao replied: 【Happy Chinese New Year/Sun】
Shen Jiazhou stared at the sun and realized that his post was utterly insincere and lacked any real sincerity.
After thinking it over, he sent another moon emoji, which matched the sun emoji that Wen Shuqiao sent.
In the children's room, Wen Shuqiao was about to put her phone on the bedside table to go to sleep, but before she could put it down, the phone lit up.
Upon seeing Shen Jiazhou's expression, Wen Shuqiao couldn't help but smile.
How childish.
After she finished reading, she put her phone on the counter. Just as she turned over, Can Can drowsily leaned over. After smelling the familiar scent, she continued to sleep soundly.
Meanwhile, Shen Jiazhou, in the master bedroom next door, stared at the interface and couldn't help but think.
Why isn't Wen Shuqiao replying to his messages?
