Shen Jiazhou looked at Wen Shuqiao, who was laughing nonstop, with a resentful expression.
Wen Shuqiao pursed her lips silently, trying to suppress her smile, but she broke down in just a second.
She said, "Oh, I'm sorry, hahaha, but it really is kind of funny, hahahaha."
How come these two are so funny?
Can Can looked up pitifully and said, "Auntie, it's not funny."
Wen Shuqiao turned slightly to the side, raised her hands and moved his face a couple of times, and became much more serious: "Baby, my relationship with your uncle is exactly the same as your relationship with your mother and father."
Can Can tried to understand again, and Wen Shu Qiao continued gently, "Mommy and Daddy fell in love, and that's how Can Can came into this world, right?"
Can Can nodded; he understood!
Wen Shuqiao pinched his cheek again: "So Aunt and Uncle are in love now too."
Can Can said "Oh," and then asked curiously, "But no baby has come into this world?"
Wen Shuqiao coughed lightly, but still replied, "That's a matter for the future."
"Alright then." Cancan buried her face in Wen Shuqiao's collarbone, which was considered an acceptance of the explanation.
Wen Shuqiao patted the back of his head: "When you grow up and meet someone you like, you can be my husband."
Hearing Wen Shuqiao's explanation from behind, Shen Jiazhou hesitated for a while before finally rushing over, pressing his chest against her back and burying his face in her shoulder.
Wen Shuqiao was still comforting Cancan when he suddenly lunged at her, causing her to lean forward slightly. But Shen Jiazhou quickly pulled her back a little.
Wen Shuqiao tilted her head slightly, her ear pressing against his cheek: "What are you doing?"
Shen Jiazhou absolutely loves sticking things together; before you know it, he's stuck to you.
Shen Jiazhou opened his mouth and gently bit Wen Shuqiao's shoulder: "I want to hug you."
Wen Shuqiao freed one hand and patted his head.
In reality, Shen Jiazhou had somehow connected Wen Shuqiao's words to something, and his face, buried in Wen Shuqiao's shoulder, was already flushed red. He didn't dare let Wen Shuqiao see him at all.
After dinner, they didn't rush home, but instead strolled hand in hand around the restaurant area.
After walking for a while, Can Can shook Wen Shu Qiao's hand.
Wen Shuqiao looked down and asked, "What's wrong?"
Can Can said a little shyly, "Auntie, I need to pee."
Wen Shuqiao hummed in agreement, then turned to Shen Jiazhou on the other side and said, "Take him to the restroom, and I'll find a spot here to wait for you."
Shen Jiazhou hummed in agreement, released Wen Shuqiao's hand, and extended his hand to Can Can.
Can Can happily led Shen Jia Zhou to the restroom.
There's a shopping mall right next door, but if you need to use the restroom, you have to walk in and then come out again, which would probably take at least ten minutes.
There's a big square next to here, and right now, there are lots of aunties and uncles doing square dancing.
In the summer, this large square is crowded, but in the winter, it is less crowded. Wen Shuqiao found an empty spot without much effort.
After sending her location information to Shen Jiazhou, she sat on a bench and watched them dance.
My phone buzzed twice; it was a message from Shen Jiazhou.
They just entered the mall and will probably be back in a while.
Wen Shuqiao casually replied with an "okay," then put her phone away and continued watching Tou Mou dance in the square. After a while, her gaze began to wander aimlessly again.
Although there weren't many people in the main square, every corner was quite interesting.
She glanced casually at the roadside out of the corner of her eye, then quickly looked away. However, she paused for a moment, then couldn't help but look back at the roadside.
There was a man and a woman by the roadside, both of whom were "old acquaintances" whom I hadn't seen in a long time.
Su Sisi and Qin Sheng were standing next to a man in a coat and glasses, who was talking to them.
The man's face looked familiar, but not to her; it was familiar to the original owner of the body.
Wen Shuqiao quickly flipped through her memories and realized that this person was Su Zhiming, the eldest son of the Su family, who had been sent abroad since childhood.
Wen Shuqiao remembered that Shen Jiazhou had told her not long ago that Su Zhiming was coming back, but she didn't expect it to be so soon.
Su Sisi and Qin Sheng were holding hands, and they looked like they were together.
The three of them quickly got into a car parked on the side of the road with its hazard lights on. The car drove onto the main road and soon disappeared from sight.
Wen Shuqiao withdrew her gaze. Could it be that the Su family had arranged for Su Sisi to marry Qin Sheng?
What exactly is going on between these two families? Qin Sheng's marriage is already a done deal, yet they're still willing to arrange a marriage.
However, this has nothing to do with her anymore.
Wen Shuqiao quickly put this little incident behind her.
Ten minutes later, Cancan returned, holding Shen Jiazhou's hand.
Seeing her sitting in the chair, she happily ran over and threw herself into her arms, saying, "Auntie."
Wen Shuqiao hugged him: "Baby."
Can Can couldn't help but secretly smile.
He just wanted to call her "Auntie," and then she called him "Baby," which made him so happy! o(*￣▽￣*)ブ
Shen Jiazhou was a few steps behind him, but he quickly came over and sat down next to Wen Shuqiao. Looking at Cancan, he couldn't help but say, "Just like a mischievous monkey."
However, after he finished speaking, he wanted to lean on Wen Shuqiao, but Wen Shuqiao ruthlessly stopped him: "Don't you have any bones? Sit up straight."
Shen Jiazhou took her hand and accused her, "You're being biased."
Then, he took her hand and opened his mouth as if to take a bite.
But Wen Shuqiao reacted faster. She broke free from Shen Jiazhou's hand, grabbed his chin, and held him in place to prevent him from moving.
