Shen Jiazhou carried Cancan out of the company gate. It was drizzling outside, and Cancan very consciously put on her lion hat.
Shen Jiazhou grabbed an umbrella from the doorway, holding it in one hand and carrying Can Can in the other, and walked towards the pet hospital.
Can Can was also well-behaved, holding Shen Jiazhou's neck tightly with one hand, looking ahead, and occasionally pointing out the way to him.
Shen Jiazhou actually knew about that pet shop; he would occasionally pass by it when he came back.
To his surprise, Can Can remembered the route very clearly. According to what he knew, this route was completely in the opposite direction from where Can Can and Wen Shu Qiao were going home.
Shen Jiazhou asked, "Can Can, did your aunt lead you this way?"

Shen Jiazhou didn't know what others thought; he was determined to find Can Can's pet.
Fortunately, there weren't many cubs here; the bright kittens and puppies were in the most prominent positions.
Can Can exclaimed in surprise and immediately let go of Shen Jia Zhou's hand, walking towards the cages of Miao Miao and Wang Wang.
After the veterinary clinic finished examining them, they separated them and fed them some nutritional fluids and goat milk. Now both of them are lively and energetic.
Although Can Can hasn't spent much time with them, they seem to recognize her voice. As soon as they hear her voice, they come out from the depths of the cage.
It called out to Can Can through the cage in a cute, cuddly voice.
Can Can exclaimed with delight, "Oh~ Meow~ Woof~ You remembered your baby!"
Shen Jiazhou also walked up behind him and glanced into the cage.

Can Can started chattering away to them: "Baby is looking at you, be good~ Auntie will pick me up later, and then baby and Auntie will pick you up together."
He instructed the cat and dog to be obedient and well-behaved, just like Wen Shuqiao usually did, and he did it quite convincingly.
Shen Jiazhou himself didn't even realize that the corners of his mouth had turned up slightly.
The doctor was organizing files inside when he heard the pet owner arrive. He assumed they were there to pick them up and was about to give them some instructions when he saw a man he didn't recognize. However, seeing the child with him, he said, "You must be Can Can's dad, right? As per your request, we've given them a full check-up. There's nothing seriously wrong. Just take them home, give them some medicine, and take good care of them."

He thought the two, one big and one small, looked alike and assumed they were father and son, but they turned out to be uncle and nephew.
I thought my nephew would resemble my uncle, but I never expected my nephew to resemble my uncle as well.
Shen Jiazhou said, "It's good that there's nothing seriously wrong."
The doctor asked, "So you've come to take them away?"
Shen Jiazhou glanced at Cancan
Can Can went to see his cat and dog again, and he looked extremely reluctant to leave them.

The doctor said, "I'll have the nurse put the cat and dog in cages. You can pay the rest of the fees at the front desk."
The doctor gave a few more instructions and then went to find the nurse.

Shen Jiazhou pinched his cheek; it felt quite nice.
