Chapter 507 Shen Shiyue (The End)

The next day.

When Shen Jiazhou woke up, he found himself alone in bed. He touched the bed and found it was cold.

He got up and walked around the room again, but he couldn't see Can Can anywhere.

It turns out he really did go back after just one nap. If it weren't for the clothes and toys he bought for Can Can still in the living room and closet, he would have thought he was dreaming yesterday.

Shen Shiyue was going to school today, so he got up early. He saw his uncle standing alone in the living room and blinked, "Uncle?"

Shen Jiazhou looked up at him and said, "Hmm, you're up? I'll get ready and take you to school."

Shen Shiyue blinked, looked towards the bedroom, and realized something: "He... went back?"

Shen Jiazhou nodded: "It should be. I didn't see him when I woke up this morning."

Shen Shiyue descended the stairs step by step, saying, "So fast."

He thought Cancan would stay a few more days.

However, he looked at Shen Jiazhou and asked, "Uncle, aren't you surprised?" Such a big little kid has just disappeared.

Shen Jiazhou had already reached the bedroom door when he heard Shen Shiyue's words. He turned his head and said, "What's so surprising? His uncle and aunt are probably worried sick. It's better to go back sooner."

After finding his eldest son, he finally understood the meaning of "longing." If his eldest son had mysteriously disappeared for a day, he probably would have gone crazy.

Shen Shiyue watched Shen Jiazhou enter the bedroom, took a deep breath, and realized his uncle was right. They were from two different timelines. Cancan was still young, and who knew what the long-term effects would be if he stayed too long? It was better for him to go back sooner. He would seize the opportunity his aunt gave him and make sure he lived a good life.

I just forgot to tell Cancan to go back and thank his aunt for him.

However, it seems that with Can Can's intervention for a day, the atmosphere between the uncle and nephew has improved a lot.

Shen Jiazhou drove him to breakfast, then dropped him off at the school gate, and chatted on and on about his concerns.

If it were the old Shen Shiyue, he would have stopped listening long ago, but this time he listened to it all the way through.

After getting out of the car, Shen Shiyue, dressed in the school uniform, walked into the school, but after taking a few steps, he couldn't help but look back.

Shen Shiyue looked through the car window at his uncle, who was still standing there, smiling and waving at him.

Shen Shiyue looked at it for three seconds, then smiled, raised his hand and waved. He then turned around and walked into the familiar yet unfamiliar school.

*

In the blink of an eye, the college entrance examination was over.

Before Shen Shiyue finished his college entrance exams, Shen Jiazhou had already settled the matter of the two's shares in the Shen family business. Now, the Shen family business is being managed by Shen's second uncle.

A High School is a key high school in City A and one of the test centers for this exam. There were not only parents at the entrance, but also some people carrying video cameras.

Shen Jiazhou was unusually relaxed. On the day the college entrance examination ended, he specially brought a bouquet of flowers, just like other parents, and stood at the door waiting.

But to my surprise, I hadn't been standing there for more than a few minutes when two people came over with cameras, smiling and saying, "Excuse me, parent, may I interview you? Just one or two questions, it won't take up more than a few minutes of your time."

Shen Jiazhou originally wanted to refuse, but after looking at the school gate, he nodded.

Actually, the person conducting the interview was just trying her luck. She saw that Shen Jiazhou had an extraordinary presence and felt that she could get a good shot, so she wouldn't have to worry about getting many views for her video.

She asked routinely, "What kind of gift will you give your child after the college entrance examination?"

Shen Jiazhou said, "He wants to travel. I've already bought the tickets. We can leave as soon as he comes out."

"What are your expectations for your child? For example, how many points can they get on their tests?"

Shen Jiazhou thought for three seconds and said gently, "My expectations for my child have never been about grades. No matter how many points he gets, I only hope that he is safe, happy and enjoys the present moment."

...

After thanking Shen Jiazhou, the interviewer hurried off to find the other people.

Shen Jiazhou looked down at the bouquet in his arms. He remembered that on the day he finished his college entrance examination, Shen Jiachen also came to his examination room with a bouquet of flowers.

Unexpectedly, more than ten years later, it was his turn to stand outside the examination hall holding flowers.

Time flies.

The exam bell rang and the sound of cicadas chirping in the trees overlapped.

Shen Shiyue walked out of the school with the other students; this was the second time.

He walked out and saw a familiar figure in the distance.

Shen Jiazhou was standing not far away, smiling and watching him.

When Shen Shiyue walked out of the college entrance examination hall for the first time, his uncle Xingyuan and his assistant came to pick him up. His younger uncle was unable to come because of urgent work.

This time, only my uncle was there; he stood at a distance, holding the flowers.

After realizing what was happening, Shen Shiyue quickly ran over and called out, "Uncle!"

When he reached him, Shen Jiazhou said, "Why are you running so fast? There are so many people here."

Shen Shiyue simply smiled and said, "I just want to tell my uncle the good news as soon as possible."

Shen Jiazhou handed the flowers to Shen Shiyue: "Congratulations, you'll be a college student from now on."

Shen Shiyue looked at the flowers in his arms, finding them beautiful no matter how he looked at them. He even lowered his head and took a deep sniff, finding them very fragrant!

Shen Jiazhou patted his head: "Let's go, parking isn't allowed here, we'll have to walk a bit."

"Okay." Shen Shiyue hummed a song.

Shen Jiazhou overheard it and heard that it was humming "Jasmine Flower".

He glanced at Shen Shiyue, a little puzzled. Why was he humming an old song? But as long as the child was happy, that was all that mattered.

Shen Shiyue hummed "Jasmine Flower" completely subconsciously. After he finished humming it, he thought for a moment and realized that he was probably influenced by the little one and had unconsciously started humming it.
