For the rest of the journey, none of the three people in the car spoke a word.
Wen Shuqiao, who was initially tense and wary, gradually relaxed when she saw the familiar road.
Assistant Lin asked, "Junior, is this the place?"
Wen Shuqiao said softly, "It's this, you..."

"It's at the intersection just ahead," Shen Jiazhou suddenly said. "You can get out of the car."

Wen Shuqiao closed the car door. As she did so, she noticed Shen Jiazhou's gaze, which seemed a little... aggrieved.
Wen Shuqiao quickly dismissed this terrible thought. She had eaten too much good food today and was starting to get confused, actually daring to have such wild thoughts about her boss.
Shen Jiazhou watched her walk into the intersection, and the not-so-responsive motion-activated lights gradually turned on. He resisted the urge to get out of the car and said, "Let's go."
Assistant Lin nodded, started the car and drove back, but after a while he couldn't help but ask, "President Chen, we've already taken her to the intersection, why didn't you just drop her off at her building?"

He thought about many things, but in the end, they all came down to one thing.
He wanted to go back.

A familiar loud voice exploded in his ears. Shen Jiazhou opened his eyes groggily and found Can Can looking at him with disdain. He hugged Can Can tightly and buried his face in Can Can's thin shoulders.
"Baby?" Shen Jiazhou clearly hadn't reacted yet.
Can Can blinked: "It's me, Uncle! Auntie asked me to wake you up. I'm hungry, I want to eat breakfast!"
Auntie... Wen Shuqiao! Wife!
Shen Jiazhou instantly sobered up and sat up while holding Can Can.
Can Can screamed in fright. Hearing the noise, Wen Shu Qiao hurriedly came over from the living room. When she reached the door and saw the uncle and nephew, she sighed and said helplessly, "Are you two fighting so early in the morning? Get up quickly. After breakfast, you should check out."
