Chapter 99: Obedient

Chapter 99: Obedient

The wrist was gripped tightly, the rough touch had a sticky temperature, like a snake that could not be shaken off.

Yu Zhi's brows furrowed instantly, and she was about to raise her hand to break free when she suddenly heard hurried footsteps behind her.

It was so fast that it almost brought up the wind, and then there was a muffled "bang" sound, and the force holding her wrist suddenly disappeared.

She turned around suddenly and saw that the man who was smiling playfully just now had been pressed onto the cold marble floor.

The sound of his back hitting the ground made many people around him subconsciously shrink their necks.

The person riding on the man and pinning him down was Pei Yuezhou.

The warm light from the corridor fell on Pei Yuezhou's face, outlining his overly eye-catching eyebrows and eyes, but at this moment they were tinged with a terrifying coldness.

He was wearing a black velvet shirt today, with two buttons undone at the collar, revealing his delicate collarbone, but beneath that handsome exterior lay a ruthless and violent spirit.

The bony hands tightly gripped the man's shoulders, the knuckles turning white from the force, and the knees pressed against the man's lower back, each pressure carrying an unresistable force.

"court death?"

He lowered his eyes, his long eyelashes covering the paranoia surging in his eyes. Only the Adam's apple that rolled slightly when he spoke revealed his extremely suppressed emotions.

The man who was pinned to the ground was completely stunned. He grimaced in pain, but he didn't even have the strength to struggle.

His friends stood aside, looking at the fierceness in Pei Yuezhou's eyes, their feet seemed to be nailed to the ground, and no one dared to step forward to stop the fight.

The people around who were originally watching the excitement fell silent, not even daring to breathe.

"Brother Zhou! Don't use force, let's talk it out!" Zhou Fang had just run over from the stairs, and when he saw this situation, he was so scared that he hurried forward.

He pulled Pei Yuezhou's arm and winked at the man on the ground, "You're really tired of living. You dare to touch anyone! Why don't you apologize to him?"

Zhou Fang was not on this person's side. He noticed that Pei Yuezhou was not in a good state and was afraid that he would lose control.

The man on the ground finally reacted and begged for mercy in a tearful voice: "I'm sorry! I was wrong! I shouldn't have hit you so recklessly. Please be magnanimous and let me go!"

But Pei Yuezhou seemed not to hear it. Instead of relaxing, he increased the force on his knee. The man immediately groaned in pain.

When Pei Yuezhou thought about the person he held in his hands being coveted by such a bastard, he suddenly lost all his rationality, all the anger in his body came out, and he pressed the man to the ground and beat him fiercely.

Even Zhou Fang's dissuasion was of no use.

"Pei Yuezhou! Stop!" Yu Zhi stepped forward and pulled his arm, with a hint of urgency in her voice.

This sound finally made Pei Yuezhou react.

He paused and slowly raised his head. The hostility in his eyes had not yet dissipated, but when he looked at Yu Zhi, it was obviously restrained a little.

"Let him go." Yu Zhi's voice was soft, but it showed that she would not allow any arguments.

Pei Yuezhou's Adam's apple rolled, and he was obviously reluctant. His knuckles were still trembling slightly, but he finally gave up.

But he didn't stand up immediately. Instead, he glanced at the man on the ground coldly, as if he was looking at a piece of trash: "If you do it again, I will destroy you."

The man was so scared that he nodded quickly, crawled to his feet, and ran away with his friend.

Zhou Fang also hurried to comfort her: "I'm sorry to have frightened you, sister-in-law. Don't worry, the club under my name will definitely blacklist him. If he dares to come again, I will break his legs!"

Seeing that there was nothing exciting to watch, the people around also dispersed, but when they passed by Pei Yuezhou, they subconsciously walked around him.

Pei Yuezhou stood up and turned to look at Yu Zhi.

His shirt was wrinkled from his previous actions, and there was some dust on his nose, but his face was still dazzlingly beautiful.

But there was still a hint of paranoia in his eyes as he stared at Yu Zhi, as if he wanted to carve her into his bones.

Before Yu Zhi could speak, Pei Yuezhou reached out and grabbed her wrist.

This time the force was a little lighter than the man's just now, but it still made it impossible to break free.

He pulled Yu Zhi and walked to the end of the corridor, his steps fast and urgent.

"Brother Zhou! Let's talk it over nicely! Don't be impulsive, impulse is the devil!" Zhou Fang was so scared that he shouted behind him.

But Pei Yuezhou seemed not to hear it and did not stop at all.

He pulled Yu Zhi and pushed open the door of a private room at random. After pulling her in, he closed the door with a bang, blocking out Zhou Fang's voice.

There was no light on in the box, only a little light coming in from the corridor, so we could barely see each other's outlines.

There was a faint smell of alcohol in the air, coming from Pei Yuezhou. He must have been drinking.

"Let me go first, my hand hurts from being held so tightly." Yu Zhi struggled a bit, with a hint of dissatisfaction in her voice.

But Pei Yuezhou turned a deaf ear to her. He pressed Yu Zhi against the cold door panel, his body pressed so tightly against her that she almost couldn't breathe.

Then he lowered his head and kissed her.

This kiss was filled with the strong smell of alcohol, as well as the paranoia and desire that he had suppressed for a long time, and it was so fierce that it seemed to want to devour her.

There was a bit of urgency between his lips and teeth, and even a bit of uncontrolled roughness, biting her lips, making Yu Zhi frown in pain.

Yu Zhi reached out to push him, but Pei Yuezhou was too strong and she couldn't move him at all.

I could only let him do this, feeling his kiss getting deeper and more urgent, as if he wanted to vent all the longing and anxiety of these days.

It was unknown how long it took before Pei Yuezhou let go of her slightly, his forehead resting against hers, his heavy breathing spraying on her face.

His voice was a little hoarse, with a hint of barely perceptible grievance: "You've already coaxed others, so it's time to deal with me, right?"

"When did I ever try to coax anyone?" Yu Zhi turned her head away, avoiding his burning gaze, her voice filled with helplessness. "Ayue, can you please stop being so unreasonable?"

"Being unreasonable?"

Pei Yuezhou seemed to have heard a joke. He raised his hand and gently stroked Yu Zhi's cheek with his fingertips. His movements were filled with a bit of paranoid tenderness. "But Zhizhi... you are mine."

He simply couldn't listen to Yu Zhi's words and was completely immersed in his own world.

His fingertips slid down Yu Zhi's cheek to her chin, pinching it gently, forcing her to look at him.

In the dim light, his eyes were surprisingly bright, filled with paranoia and anxiety: "Am I the only one who is wrong? Is it wrong to just look at me?"

"Zhizhi, in my world, there is only you."

When Yu Zhi saw him like this, her heart suddenly ached.

She knew it was not possible now, but she still couldn't help but soften her heart.

She was about to say something when Pei Yuezhou kissed her again.

This kiss was more urgent and fiercer than before, as if he wanted to rub her into his bones and blood.

His hands held her waist tightly, with such force that he seemed to be squeezing her into his body.

Yu Zhi was almost breathless from his kiss. She pushed him away with all her strength and was about to scold him when she saw Pei Yuezhou's eyes were red.

His eyes were red and tears hung on his long eyelashes. He looked aggrieved and pitiful.

Tears slid down her cheeks and dripped onto her shirt, leaving a small stain.

"Are you still feeling wronged?" Yu Zhi looked at him, and the reproach in her tone instantly softened, with a hint of helplessness.

Pei Yuezhou didn't say anything, but just took a step forward, gently grabbed Yu Zhi's hand, and put her hand on his face.

His cheeks were warm and smelled of alcohol.

Pei Yuezhou lowered his eyes slightly, his long eyelashes casting a shadow under his eyes, his voice was tearful and with a hint of deliberate weakness.

"Zhizhi, don't leave me. I can't live without you, I really can't live without you."

Yu Zhi's heart completely softened.

She looked at Pei Yuezhou's red eyes, felt the warmth on his face, and finally couldn't help but reached out and hugged him.

Her voice was a little unclear: "We're just separated for a while... I'll be fine after I finish my own things."

"For a while?" Pei Yuezhou hugged her tightly, as if he was afraid that she would run away.

"Don't try to fool me the same way you fooled Yu Heng." His eyes were red, his voice was tearful, and he was a bit relentless. "Are you tired of me already..."

Yu Zhi quickly interrupted him and patted his back as if to coax a child. "I just have a lot of things to deal with recently. When I'm done, I will definitely accompany you, okay?"

Pei Yuezhou still refused. He hugged Yu Zhi's waist, buried his head in her neck, and said in a muffled voice: "I don't believe it. If you love me, you wouldn't have been in a cold war with me for so long."

Yu Zhi frowned, her tone a little serious: "Pei Yuezhou, are you disobedient again?"

These words seemed to have magical power, and Pei Yuezhou's body stiffened instantly.

He slowly released his arms from around Yu Zhi's waist.

Pei Yuezhou lowered his eyes, his long eyelashes hiding the emotions in his eyes, and he bit his lips slightly.

When Yu Zhi saw him like this, her anger instantly disappeared.

She reached out her hand and gently wiped the tears from Pei Yuezhou's face, her voice softening: "Be good and listen. I still have to go back and say hello to my friends. You go home first, okay?"

Pei Yuezhou raised his head, his eyes still bloodshot. He looked at Yu Zhi and muttered softly, "You're not at home. I want to be with you."

"Be good." Yu Zhi patted his head, as if soothing a large, grumpy dog. "Wait until I'm done with this, okay?"

Pei Yuezhou wanted to say something, but when he saw Yu Zhi's eyes, he finally swallowed his words back.

His eyes dimmed a little bit, but he did not stop her from raising her hand to open the door.

He just stood there, watching her leave quietly.
