The beauty's makeup was exquisite, and her posture was alluring.
With one hand gently stroking a waterfall of large waves, and with the other hand clutching a sparkly little bag.
As if she hadn't seen Xu Zhe, she strolled in with a swaying gait.

The beautiful woman tilted her head and asked a question behind her.

His expression was one of disdain.
"Her?" Xu Jinhan scoffed. "If you hadn't asked, I wouldn't have bothered to mention it."
"Just an orphan girl whom my grandfather took home from the welfare home."
The beautiful woman frowned; those who could sit in Liang Shile's private room were not to be underestimated.
However, Xu Jinhan's attitude made it seem as if this person was of lowly status.
"She can be considered an adopted daughter of the Xu family."
The beauty was unsure of what attitude to use, so she tentatively probed.
"Nonsense!"
Hsu Chin-Han walked around the coffee table and sat down on the spacious sofa:
"They didn't even register our household registration; they just found a maid to register it."
"Tell me, what kind of adopted daughter is this?"
There's no legal relationship whatsoever!
Xu Zhe put down his phone, got up, and walked towards the door of the private room.
If you encounter a barking dog, just keep your distance.
As she passed by the beautiful woman, she consciously made way for her.
Xu Zhe reached out and grabbed the doorknob, pulling it open.
The door remained completely still.
She pulled again.
It still won't open.
Xu Zhe looked down at the door bolt, but it wasn't locked from the inside.
Therefore, the force used to control the door and prevent her from opening it was from the outside.
"You can't even listen to this anymore?"
Xu Jinhan's laughter was sinister:
"What I just said, wasn't it all things you already knew?"
"I can't even stand listening to this."
"There's even more you don't know, but whether you listen or not is not up to you!"
Xu Zhe didn't turn around; facing the hard door was better than seeing the ugly face.
"Sister Yani, have you ever heard of the Pixiu's destiny?"
Xu Jinhan suddenly asked the beauty.
Ou Yani shook her head and slowly walked to the sofa to sit down.

After Xu Jinhan finished speaking, her gaze seemed to fall unintentionally on Ou Yani's stomach.
Ou Yani immediately straightened her body to prevent the curve of her protruding belly from being too obvious.

Her eyes darted around, and her wavering voice betrayed her guilty conscience.
"That's it, people in the entertainment industry seek fame, while business people seek wealth."

Ou Yani, straining her voice, finally dared to speak and state her position:
"Indeed, many sorcerers make money by swindling and deceiving others."

She hadn't figured out Xu Zhe's background beforehand, so she didn't want to offend him carelessly.

Ou Yani grabbed Xu Jinhan's arm, with a slightly forceful pull.
"Don't get agitated."
Xu Jinhan patted her hand, "Take care of yourself."
After speaking, his gaze swept over Ou Yani's abdomen.
Ou Yani immediately released her and placed her hands on her lower abdomen.
This is her lucky charm.
