Qian Shudie strolled leisurely along the path to Su Nian's courtyard, humming a little tune as she took light steps.
Suddenly, she noticed two figures ahead.
She instantly realized that Su Nian and Su Liuli were talking. Driven by curiosity, she concealed her presence and quietly hid.
“Nian’er…” Su Liuli slowly began, “Did you… once obtain the Three Lives Stone?”
Qian Shudie pricked up her ears.

After they left, Qian Shudie emerged from the corner.
She stared blankly at Su Nian and Su Liuli's departing figures, a bitter smile on her face, muttering to herself, "Brother Su Nian, could it be... that you've never had any feelings for me...?"
