Chapter 87 The Truth Revealed
A slight ripple crossed Li Yanzhou's face. "What are you trying to say?"
Luo Shengtian held his breath and said, word by word, "I suggest you have it done again at a hospital outside of Black City."
Upon hearing this, Li Yanzhou lowered his leg and focused his scrutinizing gaze on his face, as if trying to discern the meaning behind his words.
"Yes, I do have a daughter with Su Man, and I did entrust her to Shu Ran to raise, but..."
As Luo Shengtian recalled, he spoke earnestly.
"Sigh, Shuran probably thinks I don't know. She lost her child once. I've seen my daughter with Xiaoman. When she was born, she had a faint red birthmark on her back. But I haven't seen that birthmark on Weiwei since. I didn't think much of it at the time and assumed it would disappear as the child grew."
"But not long ago, I saw Lin Zeyuan answer a phone call from the hospital. I saw his expression change; he looked surprised. Coincidentally, you were doing a kinship test around that time. Little did you know, he had used his connections with the Lin family to bribe all the hospitals in Black City long ago. He would be the first to know the results, and not only that, it would be easy for him to change them..."
Li Yanzhou scoffed at his words, as if he had heard something out of the blue.
"Luo Shengtian, you've really opened my eyes. You've even said these things just to save your life."
Clearly, he had no intention of believing it.
"You're smart. You know what I like to hear, so you just say what I want to hear. Anyway, it's all speculation, so you don't need any evidence. It'll also help you live a little longer, tsk."

"Dr. Mair, how many minutes will it take to get the results?"
A man in a white coat pushed up his glasses and told him, "Ten minutes."
For some reason, he felt a little nervous.
I sat on the sofa outside, waiting with my arms crossed.
He himself was puzzled as to why he was so nervous, even though he initially thought Luo Shengtian was just talking nonsense to save his own life.
The man grew impatient waiting, so he stood up again and paced back and forth.

The driver, not understanding what was going on, readily agreed.
The car sped along and soon arrived at the Dark Sea Villa.
However, at this moment, the villa was in an uproar. Wu Ma was not there, and the servants were gathered in twos and threes. When they saw him suddenly appear, their faces were filled with fear.
"What are you all doing here? Where's Aunt Wu?"
As he spoke, he walked straight upstairs.
No one dared to stop him; everyone's expressions only grew more terrified.
"Weiwei!"
The bedroom door was flung open, and Li Yanzhou's voice rang out first, "Weiwei, we're not..."
All that met my eyes was an empty bed.
