"Nonsense, dogs don't like to lick ice cream. They prefer to lick girls' faces." Feng Xiaoyun stuck out his tongue and shook his head as if he was going to lick her face.
"Hahaha, so annoying!" Yan Zi retreated while defending himself with the ice cream in his hand.
A local little girl who was waiting for the bus with her mother was watching the two people playing with interest and giggling.
"Okay, okay, I surrender. Look, there are children watching here!" Yan Zi pushed Feng Xiaoyun's face and shouted surrender.
Feng Xiaoyun looked at the little girl, made a face at her, and made her giggle.
Yan Zi took out the snacks he brought with him from his bag and handed them to the little girl. The little girl first shyly hid behind her mother, stretched out half of her head and shook her head, but her childish nature still made her stare at the bag of snacks in Yan Zi's hand.
"Is this sister pretty?" Feng Xiaoyun asked.
"Beautiful!" the little girl nodded.
"You praised this sister, this is her thank you, take it."
The little girl looked at her mother, who smiled and nodded. Then she took the snacks from Yan Zi with both hands, bowed, and said, "Thank you."
"You're welcome!" Yan Zi said this before realizing that the little girl was actually speaking Chinese.
"You guys, can you speak Chinese?"
"Of course, I'm Chinese too." The little girl opened the package, poured the snacks into her hands, fed them to her mother first, and then started to eat them happily.
After Feng Xiaoyun's explanation, Yan Zi realized that although Mali Island is an independent country, 60% of the people here are descendants of Chinese. They also call themselves Chinese to the outside world. China is their second homeland, and their official language is naturally Chinese.
