"Yixin Teahouse, is this the place?" Si Cheng looked at the location his grandfather sent him.
This weekend, Si Cheng, who originally wanted to sleep in at home, was forced by his parents to go out for a blind date. But before he left, his grandfather gave him a location and asked him to meet the other party at a place called "Yixin Teahouse".
What's even more strange is that the old man actually gave me the black card that I had coveted for a long time, saying that I was clumsy and it might be useful in case I needed it.
Anyway, I feel that grandpa is very strange today. And why would young people choose to go on blind dates in teahouses these days?
But no matter how much fun or joke he has, Si Cheng won't joke about the black card. Since his grandfather is willing to give it to him, then even going to the vegetable market for a blind date is no problem.
“Ding Dong!”
Following the ringing of the doorbell, Si Cheng pushed open the door of the teahouse.
"Welcome!"
A pleasant female voice was heard, and then I saw a man and a woman standing behind the bar. The man looked about the same as me.
The woman was wearing a pair of black-framed glasses and had a bob haircut. She looked somewhat familiar, but I couldn't remember where I had seen her. She was wearing a waitress's uniform, so she must be a waitress in the teahouse.
Looking around the teahouse, I found that it didn't have an old-fashioned or culturally heavy decoration, but rather had a warm and fresh feeling.
But isn't this business too quiet? There are only three people in the entire store, including myself.
"Are you a sir?" Yan Ziying came out and asked excitedly.
There were some guests yesterday, but not a single couple came for a blind date. If there were no more guests coming for a blind date, the program team would have no choice but to release some publicity, but Yan Zi and the others still wanted to make a more realistic variety show.
"No, I have an appointment. Give me a glass of water first. I'll wait for her."
There is a way, Yan Zi’s eyes lit up.
"Is that your girlfriend? We're actually a themed teahouse, and we can help you find love!"
Si Cheng frowned. "Is it really okay for you to ask such questions casually like this? And why should I help you with your relationship?"
"No, thank you."
Although Si Cheng is not too averse to blind dates, he actually doesn't really want to be in a relationship. In his opinion, women will only affect the speed at which he draws his sword.
Is 2077 no longer fun? Or is Big Cousin no longer interesting? Or is Hero Wars no longer exciting? Why is dating so complicated?
"Okay, wait a moment!" Yan Zi retreated regretfully.
[How's it going? Are you here for a blind date?] Feng Xiaoyun whispered to Yan Zi backstage.
[I don't know. I told him we could help him with relationships, but he said we didn't need it.] It looks like we can't open today.
After serving a glass of lemonade, Yan Zi and Feng Xiaoyun both lay behind the counter and watched secretly.
Si Cheng looked at the time and saw that it was still early, so he took out his phone and planned to play a game of mobile version of Hero Wars.
As he was playing, Si Cheng frowned. His own mid laner was pressed under the tower and he was watching the minion line from afar. He didn't even notify him when the opponent's mid laner left.
My jungler is two levels lower than the opponent's, and he has 30 more last hits than the opponent in the top lane. The support next to me is obviously a cow, but why does he always hide behind me?
"The opposing jungler and mid laner should be here, retreat quickly."
Si Cheng finally caught the opponent's AD's positioning mistake, and when his own Minotaur added control and was about to catch up to fight, a voice suddenly came to his ears.
Because of this sound, Si Cheng, who was about to use flash, was stunned. At this moment, the opponent's mid laner and jungler rushed out from the river.
Si Cheng quickly flashed back to his own tower, and then watched his own Minotaur being made into a pot of beef soup.
Phew, that was a close call, I almost died. Si Cheng breathed a sigh of relief and was suddenly stunned. Who was talking to him just now?
When I turned around, I saw a girl looking at my screen.
"Your teammates have all clicked surrender." The girl pointed at Si Cheng's phone.
"Ah? Oh!" He turned around and looked at his mobile phone. Sure enough, there was a dialog box asking whether to surrender. Si Cheng clicked surrender and put the phone away.
"Are you Si Cheng?" the girl asked.
"Ah, yes!" Si Cheng realized that this should be his blind date: "Hello, you are Tang Jiayi, right? Please sit down!"
Then the two sat down face to face, looking at each other.
Si Cheng thought Tang Jiayi was actually prettier than he'd imagined, and had a bit of that 2D vibe. But just now, when he was waiting for someone on a blind date, he was caught playing games by the other person, and for a moment, he wasn't sure what to say.
Tang Jiayi didn't know what to say, and the two of them just sat there in silence for a while.
"It's your turn now. Go give them the menus and lighten the mood!" Feng Xiaoyun said softly, nudging Yan Zi.
Yan Zi was watching with great interest, but only then did he remember that he was a waiter.
"Take a look, what do you need?" Yan Zi handed over the menu.
"I'd like a cup of Xinyang Maojian." Because both the old man and dad in the family like to drink tea, Si Cheng knows quite a bit about tea, and he usually prefers to drink Maojian.
Tang Jiayi was a little confused when looking at the two full pages of menu. She usually drank pearl milk green, uncle or stockings, and she didn't really know much about the ones listed above.
"Why don't you try rose tea?" Seeing Tang Jiayi's hesitation, Si Cheng suggested in a low voice, "It's very suitable for girls."
"Okay, then let's have rose tea." Tang Jiayi thought it would be a good idea, so she accepted Si Cheng's suggestion.
"Okay, please wait a moment!" After saying that, Yan Zi put away the menu and walked back.
Sure enough, the atmosphere between the two eased a lot because Yan Zi came out like this.
"Do you know much about tea?"
"Can you play Hero Wars?"
The two asked in unison, then were stunned, and then burst into laughter.
"Yeah!" Yan Zi walked back to the bar, clenched her fist in a cheering gesture, and Feng Xiaoyun gave her a thumbs-up. Then Yan Zi leaned back on the counter, quietly watching Si Cheng and the others.
"I'm sorry, when I was waiting for you just now..." Si Cheng felt that he should still apologize. After all, it was very impolite to play games while waiting for someone and not even notice that the person came in.
"It's okay!" Tang Jiayi waved her hand nonchalantly. "I arrived a few minutes early. I saw that your game was almost finished, so you must have come very early. I usually play when I'm waiting for my friends."
"You can play too?" Si Cheng asked, and then he realized that he asked a stupid question. Just now, someone reminded him about the jungler and mid laner on the opposite side.
So I quickly changed the subject: "How did you know the opposing jungler and mid laner were coming?"
"Because the mid laner and jungler just pushed the line together and then disappeared. You guys went back to the city in the top lane and didn't spawn the little dragon, so you must have come to the bottom lane."
[Let’s start chatting, let’s start chatting!] Yan Zi was more excited than anyone else, pushing Feng Xiaoyun with her elbow.
[Be careful, I'm making tea! ]
