Chapter 52 Dream

Before dinner in the evening, Sun Chi came over to take a look. The few people were cooperating quite well. At least to an amateur like him, he couldn't hear any flaws.

Dinner was held in a relatively private restaurant. In addition to Feng Xiaoyun's people, the team also called over six members.

Cao Chong's eyes lit up when he saw these contestants taking photos with each other. With these photos, he was the most handsome boy in the class.

These players made it to the World Finals in their first professional season this year. It has to be said that they have both strength and luck.

But in essence, they are still a bunch of little otakus who will blush when they see the radiant Yan Zi and the charming Sister Chen.

Feng Xiaoyun was the one they got along best with. After all, even though he made some mistakes, he still really enjoyed playing the game.

After dinner, Feng Xiaoyun took everyone to a bar not far from their hotel. He said it was opened by his friend and it was closed today for their sake. After all, Si'er didn't have a drum set in the hotel, so he just clapped his hands on the bench to cooperate with everyone.

I found this professional music bar. I won’t say how good the equipment is, but at least it has all the necessary equipment, including drum sets, guitars, and audio amplifiers.

The few of them got familiar with the tools in their hands, looked at each other, and nodded.

This is the official rehearsal, and it begins now.

Although the audience below were only Sister Chen, Cao Chong, a few players from the Zhiliao team, and Sun Chi, the atmosphere was still quite lively.

Especially the players of the Zhiliao team, their eyes became red when they listened to the song written specifically for them and recalled the hardships they had experienced during training in the past.

When the song ended, there was applause from the audience. Sun Chi felt that it was the right decision to listen to Feng Xiaoyun and change the song. He heard that Feng Xiaoyun wrote the lyrics and composed the music for this song himself, and he couldn't help but sigh that it made sense for him to have the capital to support him.

The few of them were having so much fun singing that they simply turned the place into a small concert and started singing a few more songs by Yan Zi.

The bartender also prepared a lot of non-alcoholic drinks as well as some snacks and fruits for everyone. Since it was still early, Sun Chi asked the players to relax. The final was tomorrow, and they wouldn't be able to learn anything if they trained now. It would be better to relax and ensure they were in better shape for tomorrow's game.

"Sister Chen, this song is really suitable for us. We want to publicize it as our team song. Is that okay with you? Of course, we will pay the copyright fees."

Sister Chen thought for a moment and nodded, saying, "I personally agree, but I still have to ask Feng Xiaoyun about this. After all, he owns the copyright to the lyrics and music."

Sun Chi also expressed his understanding of this. Since the other party has this intention, it will be easy to deal with. It is just a price issue at most. He feels that the thing his club does not have to worry about the least now is the price issue.

"By the way, have you found accommodation for the band teacher?" Because Brother Cao and the others did not inform Sun Chi when they first came, and it is indeed difficult to book a hotel now, if they have trouble finding accommodation, he plans to let them stay at his team base for one night. Although the team base is a bit remote, it can still accommodate several people.

"I just heard Uncle Feng and my dad say that we're staying upstairs in this bar tonight. There are several employee lounges upstairs. Since they're closed today, they'll be off work once you leave, so we can just stay here." Cao Chong poked his head over and interrupted.

The decoration of this bar is quite exquisite. I think even the staff lounge will not be too bad, so Sun Chi is no longer worried.

"And my Uncle Si'er said that being on such a big stage tomorrow has always been the dream of all of them as musicians. He said he was so excited that he could kick a cow away and plow seven or eight acres of land himself!"

Cao Chong's serious look amused Sister Chen and Sun Chi.

"Little bug!" This is Cao Chong's nickname. He told Sister Chen and said that only people he approves of can call him that.

"You and your father come out, where's your mother?"

"Oh, don't mention it. I don't know why my dad was so blind to fall in love with her when he was young. They didn't pay attention at all and accidentally got pregnant. My dad insisted that she give birth to me, and after giving birth to me, she ran away with my dad's money."

"I'm sorry! I..." Sister Chen didn't expect Cao Chong to be so calm when talking about his life experience, so she quickly apologized.

"What's there to be embarrassed about? It's okay!" Cao Chong said casually, "Anyway, my father and I have lived well over the years. I'm not familiar with her. It doesn't matter whether she's there or not."

After saying that, perhaps because he was afraid of embarrassing Sister Chen, Cao Chong started talking about some embarrassing things that happened to his father and these uncles, which made Sister Chen and Sun Chi laugh.

"By the way, Cao Chong, don't you like playing Hero Wars very much? Why don't you go and play with the players in our team?" Sun Chi pointed curiously at several members of his team over there.

"Well, those who don't know them naturally think they are idols, but after getting to know them, I found that they are too boring." Cao Chong spread his hands helplessly.

"They have nothing else to talk about except games, and their discussions about games are different from what we usually talk about as classmates. They talk about tactics and some psychological games about the lines of troops."

"Listening to it more often can improve my gaming skills, but that's just my hobby. My main job right now is studying, so I'm too lazy to listen to too much. Sister Yan Zi's songs are still better."

Sister Chen didn't expect that Cao Chong, a junior high school student who liked to play games, could have such mature thoughts. She couldn't help but sigh that this child was so sensible that it was heartbreaking.
