Following a shout from director Luo Ting, Yan Zi started running on the track.

Luo Ting is the director specially invited by YQ to shoot the MV for this advertising song.

This is not the first time that Luo Ting and YQ have collaborated, but the previous times YQ invited famous athletes. Although those people may not have good acting skills, as long as it is related to the sport, their expressions and postures are engraved in their bones, and they only need to perform in their true colors.
The MV shot this time invited Yan Zi to be the protagonist. She is a rookie in professional sports, so even though the director pointed out her shortcomings, she still didn't know how to express that state.
Luo Ting was quite patient and continued to explain, "What you just did was just ordinary running. The charm of sports lies in breaking limits, breaking human limits or even breaking your own limits. So you have to show that you are already at the limit, but you are still persisting."
After Luo Ting's explanation, Yan Zi probably knew what kind of state she needed.

Yan Zi walked back to the running track again, jumped lightly twice to stretch his arms and legs. Since he had already run for a while and done the warm-up, he started sprinting on the track.

"Okay, Yan Zi, take a break. We need to reshoot the close-up of the shoes landing here. The shot where the shoes stepped into the sand pit and the sand exploded was lacking some impact. But you don't have to do it yourself, just let the action director do it for you."
Luo Ting has very high requirements for the camera. The reason why he has made such a big name in the advertising and MV director circles is because of his almost strict requirements for the camera.
"Director, can I do it myself?" Yan Zi asked.
Luo Ting was stunned. After so many years of filming music videos, many artists would use stand-ins whenever possible. The first part was just dribbling. The action director taught Yan Zi the movements and he just had to follow suit.
The second part is a flying slam dunk clip, which requires Yan Zi to jump from a trampoline. After all, although she is tall among girls, she is still far from being able to slam dunk.
