Gu Xi was jumping on the ice when she inadvertently discovered a black hole in the broken ice.
The completely different color caught her eye, and she stopped without thinking.
She definitely didn't create this hole, since she could feel its depth even standing at the entrance.
Is it Alice's turn to have her own adventure down the rabbit hole?
Although Gu Xi was filled with curiosity about the cave, she was also somewhat worried. She remembered the last cave she had discovered, only to find nothing inside but a pile of bones. Fortunately, she later encountered sea ghosts who were willing to take over, otherwise she wouldn't know what to do with those bones.
However, although those skeletons were disgusting, they also brought her great benefits. So she decided to go in and take a look.
After thinking it over, Gu Xi jumped into the dark cave without hesitation.
The last hole she encountered had stairs to descend, but this black hole was truly vertical. If she hadn't broken up the grass earlier, she probably would have fallen into the hole herself once she entered the grass.
Gu Xi tucked her hands behind her back and let her body fall freely. She was simply using her mental energy to probe when she would reach the bottom. After all, no matter how deep the hole was, as long as she used an object to manipulate the spikes and fly up, she wouldn't die from the fall.
Gu Xi continued to fall like that.
1 minute later
We haven't reached the bottom of the cave yet.
"No way, no way, could it really be the rabbit hole that Alice encountered?" Gu Xi's heart was pounding. She had been falling for so long, and she still hadn't reached the bottom.
This is probably not a naturally formed cave, but rather a space created using some kind of method. Otherwise, how could it have taken so long to land?
Gu Xi gently tapped her arm with her hand. Although she still had some patience, she could clearly feel that she was feeling a little lost.
The hole above her head was now barely visible, and she was afraid that if she fell any further, getting back up would be a huge problem.
Three minutes later.
She still hadn't landed and continued falling. She paused, then finally decided she couldn't let herself fall indefinitely. So she stepped on the spikes, preparing to climb out of the cave.
Although the cave was very dark, she could see everything clearly with her mental power. So when she stepped on the spikes, she discovered that her mental power could actually reach the bottom of the cave.
So she had to abandon her original plan and manipulated the spikes to head down into the cave.
We're almost there!
Gu Xi sensed the bottom and accelerated downwards. When she was about 1 meter from the ground, she jumped off the spikes, the accompanying spikes tracing an arc in the air before successfully returning to her hand.
Although they had reached the bottom of the cave, it was still shrouded in darkness, and the surroundings were deathly silent, without a sound.
thump, thump
Right now, the only thing Gu Xi can hear is her own heartbeat.
You know, sometimes mental torture is more painful than physical torture. She could endure the physical torment during exercise, but she didn't have enough willpower to withstand the visual stimulation she had just experienced and the auditory test she was now facing.
These things were too cruel for her.
In the current environment, standing here would be torture for her. Gu Xi did not stop and decisively lifted her foot to continue forward.
The sound of her footsteps finally brought a different melody to the deathly silence; even though it was a sound so monotonous it couldn't be more beautiful and melodious to Gu Xi now. (This chapter has been read. Please click to continue reading the next chapter!)
