The merchants nodded repeatedly, and smiles finally appeared on their faces.
Sun Yiming turned and left, secretly delighted. He felt that these people had finally understood Sister Xi's good intentions, and that they had indeed shed tears at the sight of the coffin. Otherwise, they wouldn't have been so quick to hand over the money.

At sea for 131 days, the storm continued, with thunder and lightning.
Gu Xi stood on the top floor of the super-large, fully enclosed ice castle, looking down at the massive arena below.
The ice castle is crystal clear, shimmering mesmerizingly in the sunlight. Ten different themed play areas are arranged in an orderly fashion, each meticulously designed and full of unique charm.
There is also a large ice screen in the center of the ice castle, which can be used to broadcast the competition.
You Yin drifted back from afar and came to Gu Xi's side.
"I just took a look around, this competition is really big-budget. Is your Ais really only SS-rank?"
Gu Xi raised an eyebrow. "Isn't that right? Could your life-or-death arena be wrong?"
Youyin shut up. After all, it couldn't very well say that the Sea Ghost's Arena of Life and Death couldn't even accurately measure mental strength, or who would want to go there in the future.
Then it changed the subject, "All deep-sea creatures will remember this day."
Suddenly, a bolt of lightning ripped across the sky, followed by a deafening roar of thunder. Gu Xi frowned, looking at the churning dark clouds in the distance. "The storm outside is getting fiercer."
Even though this place clearly belongs to the Future, You Yin is more at ease than Gu Xihai.
"Don't worry, with the Flamescale Flames on your ship, the Ice Fortress is warm as spring. It's a peaceful haven."
Gu Xi turned around, looked at it, and nodded. "That's right. So, how's the sponsorship going?"
You Yin pulled out a list from his pocket. "The response from the Deep Sea Clan is quite good. Clans of all sizes have sent rare underwater treasures, including as many as 1,000 gold coins."
Gu Xi raised an eyebrow. "Not bad. We're not bad either. I'm personally prepared to contribute an Abyss Layer weapon and 500 gold coins. Adding what we've pooled together, the total gold coins should be around that amount."
Youyin was surprised. It had only had some doubts before, but now it really suspected that Gu Xi had ulterior motives. After all, she was so willing to spend so much on such a small activity.
"Is that strange?" Gu Xi asked, noticing the faint glint in You Yin's eyes.
"I am indeed a little curious."
"It's simple, because I want to create influence."
Gu Xi didn't say anything more.
The purpose of an event can be varied, so she wasn't lying.
Besides, she probably has many more weapons in her inventory that she considers precious; she just picked out the worst one as a reward.
A weapon and 500 gold coins—if they can achieve a variety of purposes, she won't lose out at all.
"It seems our plan is going very well." Youyin seemed to believe it, its eyes flashing with excitement. "When the market opens, I'm going to take the opportunity to make as much money as possible."
Gu Xi gave You Yin a warning look, "Be careful, your plans are too ambitious, those deep-sea creatures have probably heard you."
You Yin quickly shut her mouth, and the light no longer dared to flicker.
Gu Xi turned to look out the window. "Now we'll see how the competition goes. I hope this event will allow everyone to temporarily put aside their prejudices and enjoy a peaceful time together."
“That’s right. Letting them expend their energy in fun is better than fighting and killing.” You Yin nodded in agreement, paused, and continued, “Let me make some money along the way.”
Gu Xi sighed softly, "I hope so."
Just then, a blinding bolt of lightning streaked across the sky, illuminating the entire ice castle.
Gu Xi and You Yin exchanged a glance, both seeing a hint of worry and expectation in each other's eyes.
