Chapter 373 Sales and Exhibition Activities (10) (2/2)

The eyes of all the deep-sea creatures were once again focused on the octopus head, eager to see what tricks it would pull this time.

The octopus head gritted its teeth, determined to avenge its previous defeat.

The farce on the field gave a little creature the perfect opportunity to do something malicious.

A participating sea monster quietly approached several target deep-sea creatures, extended its tentacles, and gently smeared them, leaving behind a layer of almost invisible mucus.

Ais, who was keeping a close eye on the target deep-sea creature, immediately noticed the little sea monster's suspicious movements.

A cold glint flashed in Ais's eyes as she silently approached the little sea monster and grabbed its tentacle.

"Puru, what are you doing?" Ais asked in a low voice, her voice as cold as ice.

The little sea monster's eyes were wide open, its body trembling violently like a sieve, and its tentacles, which were being held by Ais, struggled helplessly.

It stammered in its defense, "I...I just wanted to vent the anger of other abused sea creatures."

Ais looked at it expressionlessly and said indifferently, "Pururu, you don't need to do this kind of thing."

As she spoke, Ais wiped away the slime residue from the target deep-sea creature in front of the little sea beast before letting it go.

Flame Scale curiously leaned closer. "Pfft, did you really erase all the traces?"

Ais gently shook her head. "Plulu, that little guy's technique was too crude, it was easy to give himself away. I just wiped away the obvious traces he left behind."

Flame Scale's eyes widened. "Pfft! I never expected you to have such a cunning side! The little sea beast must think you wiped away all the slime."

Ais glanced at Yanlin expressionlessly. "Purr, I no longer have the means, as long as it works."

Flame Scale chuckled awkwardly, "Pfft... okay."

The two fish exchanged a knowing glance and continued to observe the situation on the field.

The competition had officially begun. The deep-sea creatures had started their challenge.

The octopus-headed deep-sea creature was indeed putting in its effort. It nimbly dodged the pendulum, its tentacles gripping the ice surface tightly as it slid forward rapidly, currently ranking first.

However, just as it was about to reach the finish line, a huge ice hammer suddenly fell from the sky and hit it right on the head.

The octopus-headed deep-sea creature suddenly saw stars and staggered as it collapsed onto the ice.

"Hahaha!" The thorny beast following closely behind laughed loudly, "Looks like first place is mine!"

It charged triumphantly toward the finish line, but somehow, it felt the ice beneath its feet suddenly become unusually slippery.

The thorny beast stumbled, tumbling several times and sliding a long distance across the ice before finally crashing into the ice wall.

The audience burst into laughter.

Other deep-sea creatures also suffered mishaps. Some were swept away by the pendulum, some fell into ice holes, and some simply got lost, circling around on the ice.

After the competition ended, the target deep-sea creatures stood together dejectedly, their faces filled with disbelief.

"How is this possible?" the thorny beast roared. "We are an S-class deep-sea race! How could we have lost so badly?"

The octopus-headed deep-sea creature's face was grim, its tentacles tightly intertwined: "There's definitely something wrong! Some deep-sea creature or sea monster must be up to no good!"

Ais and Yanlin pretended to be shocked.

Seeing that Eryu's shock didn't seem fake, Youyin pondered for a moment, then stepped forward with a meaningful smile. "Everyone, it seems you still need more practice. How about... another round?"

After speaking, You Yin looked at Gu Xi, awaiting the organizer's reply. (This chapter has been read. Please click to continue reading the next chapter!)
