Chapter 397 The Show Ends (1/2)

The sea creatures each had their own thoughts. After the battle, Gu Xi gave Ai Si and the deep-sea giant turtle fish food.

Ai Si was pulled aside by Gu Xi and found a quiet area to rest.

Flame Scales were restless nearby, wishing they could spew out a few blue-purple flames.

"What a hassle," Gu Xi rubbed his temples. "Couldn't those sea monsters have waited a bit?"

Ais gently shook her head. "I understand. For them, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. If they miss it, they may have to wait a long time."

“But,” Flamescale swam to Ais’s side, “their attitude was terrible! They didn’t even have basic respect.”

Gu Xi nodded in agreement.

"Indeed, what they said just now was too much. We were the ones fighting with all our might, and they were just standing by and pointing fingers."

“However,” Ais pondered for a moment, “this also shows that they have reached their limit. If it is not resolved soon, there may be big problems.”

"You mean..." Gu Xi seemed thoughtful.

“Hmm,” a hint of worry flashed in Ais’s eyes, “They might take desperate measures. After all, desperate creatures are most prone to doing extreme things.”

While Gu Xi and the others were still talking, the thing they were worried about was actually happening.

The sea was filled with a tense and oppressive atmosphere after the battle, with broken seaweed drifting slowly in the water.

The sea creatures surrounded the SSS-class deep-sea creatures. Although their wounds were bleeding, the resentment and anger in their eyes grew stronger.

"Where are you going?" a large sea monster demanded. "Our problem hasn't been solved yet!"

As an SSS-rank being, the Abyss Ink Lord had never been so disrespected. Impatiently, it flung away its tentacles and shouted, "Get out of here!"

Although it didn't use its mental power, this sea beast was no match for an SSS-level creature and was immediately pushed far away.

Why should we get out?

Some sea creatures did not retreat but advanced instead.

"Lord Ais, Lord Youyuan Algae Beast, you are sea beasts! Are you just going to stand by and watch us continue to suffer?"

Gu Xi clenched his fists, a surge of anger rising within him, thinking to himself that these sea monsters were truly ungrateful.

They couldn't prioritize during the battle, and now that the battle is over, both Ais and the deep-sea giant turtle are exhausted, yet they're still causing trouble and showing no consideration whatsoever.

The Abyssal Algae Beast lazily swayed its tentacles, "Well..."

"Stop talking nonsense!" a small sea creature rushed forward. "Are you going to help us or not?"

The giant sea monster leaned forward abruptly, its massive pincers carving a ripple through the water and sending the sea creature flying far away.

"Shut up! Ais and I haven't rested for days. Let us recover our mental strength first."

The Youyuan Algae Beast's eyes lit up. "Yes, yes, let's talk after everyone has rested."

The Tidal Dragon glanced at the Deep Sea Giant Turtle and slowly nodded, "It is indeed time to rest."

Although the Abyss Ink Lord was dissatisfied, he didn't say anything more.

Looking at the restless sea creatures, the deep-sea giant turtle knew very well that although everyone seemed to agree on the surface, if the sea creature problem was not handled properly, it would inevitably lead to a greater crisis in the future.

“In that case,” the deep-sea giant turtle said in a deep voice, “we should set a time to discuss this matter properly.”

The tidal sea dragon swam slowly, its deep blue light shimmering in the seawater. "It certainly needs careful consideration."

“Pfft~” Ais suddenly spoke up, “This matter cannot be decided by us SSS-level alone. It should be like the Deep Sea Conference, involving both the Deep Sea Clan and the sea beasts.”

The giant sea creature, Ao, said, "That makes sense. This concerns the interests of all species."

Youyuan Algae Beast: "I have no objection, it doesn't matter if there are more or fewer."

“It’s settled then,” Tidal Dragon said, looking around. “Sixty days from now, a joint meeting will be held at the SSS-class dedicated venue. I will notify the other SSS-class entities.”

The massive body of the deep-sea giant turtle leaned forward, its eyes exuding majesty.
