Chapter 94 The Octopus at Work (2/3)

Gu Xi looked in the direction of the octopus and saw this scene.

A small octopus clung tightly to the shark's back, its two tentacles firmly wrapped around the shark's body, its entire body rising and falling with the shark's movements. To Gu Xi, it truly looked like a man riding a horse, a fish riding a fish.

That's not all. Its other four tentacles waved in circles on the water's surface, their movements perfectly synchronized, as if cheering for the swimming shark.

Gu Xi was good at math. It was obvious that there were two tentacles missing from the original eight. After careful observation, she discovered that two more tentacles had fallen into the sea and she didn't know what they were doing.

It really has all eight arms perfectly arranged; it seems to be a fish that knows how to play seriously.

As if sensing the "enthusiastic" gaze of its owner, the octopus joyfully accelerated its four waving tentacles, slapping the water's surface with a loud splash, making the water wheel even larger.

The sudden increase in movement caused the splashing water to hit the side of the boat directly. Immediately afterwards, she saw a string of sea fish involuntarily jump out of the water and fall onto the boat in a parabolic arc.

Clang clang clang clang...

These fish are probably from the same school, as they are all about the same size.

Gu Xi stared intently at the parabolas. She counted, and the octopus had slapped more than twenty fish onto the surface, soaking a large area.

She was stunned. Her initial joy at seeing the data quickly turned into an urge to punch the fish.

That chubby octopus made her boat so wet!

She then unleashed her mental power, enveloping the sea fish in it and manipulating the objects to throw them towards the octopus.

Clang clang clang clang...

With its supple body, the octopus successfully avoids every attacking fish. Even when it can't avoid one, it's incredibly clever and knows to swat it away with its tentacles.

It escaped, but the shark it was riding was in for a rough time.

When the shark saw its owner throwing fish at it, it didn't dare to move, thinking it had done something terribly wrong. It obediently stopped and endured the "punishment" of being hit with fish.

The mischievous fish that made mistakes wasn't punished; instead, the honest, hardworking fish was the one who got beaten. She made these mistakes because of the octopus that tried to escape punishment.

"You come here right now!" Gu Xi was so angry she wanted to crush a ball, her words laced with mental energy for intimidation.

Who knew the octopus tentacles would dance even more enthusiastically?

If Gu Xi hadn't known it was her own fish, she would have thought it was provoking her.

Seeing that it was unmoved, Gu Xi glared at it fiercely. The octopus slid down and landed on the shark's back, blocking her way.

Gu Xi understood what it meant: "If you can't see it, you don't know it!"

In his anger, the red light above his head shone again.

Gu Xi looked up and then shouted, "Time to get to work!"

The octopus seemed to sense the approaching hostile shark, so it quickly grew larger and returned to its original size in the blink of an eye.

Wild sharks ganged up on the captive sharks, who were preparing to fight back.
