Ais calmly said, "Plulu...we don't want to disturb them."
Aisi really didn't know how to bring up this awkward situation.
He didn't know why he'd gone through with this charade. If they wanted to find out what was going on, wouldn't it have been simpler for him and Yanlin to contact them directly, given their combined mental strength?
Sure enough, after spending a lot of time with them, his brain started to sluggish.
“Okay~” Lingling bounced up and down, then suddenly said excitedly, “Since you’re all so interested in our new friend, why don’t you come join our party! We’re about to play a super exciting game!”
Before Flamescale could refuse, Little Fatty dragged it into the house next to the ice rink. The other sea monsters looked at each other, and finally had no choice but to follow.
The room was filled with laughter and chatter as the deep-sea creatures and sea monsters played happily. Flamescale stood awkwardly in the corner, whispering to Ais, "Pfft! What do we do now?"
Ais glanced at him expressionlessly: "Pfft, since you're here, might as well make the best of it. Enjoy the party, I'm leaving now."
After saying that, Ais gracefully glided into the ice rink, leaving Yanlin standing there, fuming with rage.
The trade fair was bustling with activity, as the deep-sea creatures enthusiastically moved between the various booths, their eyes sparkling with delight.
The goods are dazzling, ranging from rare underwater gems to exquisite seashell handicrafts.
Suddenly, a commotion shattered the harmonious atmosphere.
A massive manatee and a slender seahorse simultaneously set their sights on a single item, extending their claws almost at the same time to grab the glittering ornament.
The tension between the two instantly escalated.
"I want this!" Seahorse spoke first, his voice high-pitched and shrill.
"Dream on! This thing is mine!" the manatee retorted gruffly, not to be outdone.
Seeing the two sea monsters about to clash, the poor merchant turned ashen-faced with fear, but still forced himself to step forward and try to dissuade them, "Distinguished guests, please don't rush, we can decide by the highest bidder..."
Before he could finish speaking, the seahorse and manatee turned their heads in unison, their fierce gazes instantly silencing the merchant and making his legs go weak involuntarily.
"Highest bidder wins?" The seahorse sneered. "You think I'm short of gold coins? Who do you think you are!"
The manatee chimed in mockingly, "Hmph! I have plenty of gold coins! But I absolutely cannot let this go today!"
The merchant then realized the situation was dire and, recalling Gu Xi's earlier warning, panicked.
He stammered, "Then...how do you plan to resolve this?"
The seahorse glared fiercely at the manatee: "It's simple, just beat this stupid bull down, and the stuff is mine!"
The manatee, not to be outdone, brandished its thick pectoral flippers: "Come on, who's afraid of who! Today I'll teach you a lesson you little shrimp!"
Seeing that the two sea monsters were about to fight, the surrounding deep-sea creatures all retreated, fearing that they would be caught in the crossfire.
The merchant was terrified, his face ashen, watching the scene with a sense of helplessness. He secretly regretted not listening to Gu Xi's advice. Indeed, strength was the foundation for dealing with the Deep Sea Clan.
Just at this critical moment, a cold voice suddenly rang out.
"Stop it, all of you!" (This chapter has been read. Please click to continue reading the next chapter!)
