Chapter 10: The tuna holding the silver-haired classmate is very unhappy (jpg)
These three sheets of paper contain two relatively complete sketches of Miyū and one rough and simplified draft of Miyū's life.
Akina Amako lowered her head slightly. The two people in front of her had fallen silent, and she was about to fall silent as well.
"Wow—you drew me so handsomely! I really like these two today." Gong You took the two sketches that were meant for him.
When Akina Amaho looked up, he was still staring at the two paintings with bright eyes.
For some reason, Akina Ama suddenly let out a sigh of relief. Hmm, it seems that no one dislikes her paintings.
"Hey, can you give me both of these?" Gong You asked.
Looking into his eyes, it really wasn't easy to say the words of refusal.
After all, that look in his eyes was like a canine whining.
Akina Amane couldn't understand how Yuu Miyako could still make that kind of look in his eyes.
But Akina Amaho had already decided that there was one she wanted to keep.
She shook her head with a smile: "No, I only plan to give one to Yu-kun today."
She snatched a drawing from Gong You's hand; it was the sketch she had unconsciously drawn.
Miyaji didn't pick up his draft; he just stared at it for a while, then glanced at Amaho Akina.
Amasui Akina: "?"
She tilted her head, puzzled.
Gong Zhi took a deep breath and left without saying a word.
She felt that Miyaji was acting a little strange today, but she couldn't figure out why.
When her gaze fell upon Gong You beside her, he too wore a puzzled expression.
"Oh dear, sometimes I just don't understand that pig. Never mind him." Gong You pouted. With Gong Zhi not around, he could say whatever he wanted to slander him.
Akina Tensui frowned almost imperceptibly, subtly thinking to herself, "Is this how these two brothers get along?"
"So why can't I have the other painting? This one is really good too."
Miya Yu tried to pull the manuscript paper out of Amaho Akina's hand.
He didn't use much strength, and was even a little cautious.
"Yu-kun, do you still remember this is my manuscript paper?" Akina Amaho expressionlessly pulled back the manuscript paper and stuffed it into her sketchbook.
Gong You couldn't help but smug again.
Ah, right, this is a painting by Akina Amaho. She rightfully owns all rights to her own paintings.
Giving something to yourself is a favor, not an obligation.
Gong You was somewhat troubled, realizing that he had gotten carried away with his success again.
But he soon perked up again, after all, Akina had drawn two complete pictures for him today, far surpassing that guy Osamu.
"Well. It's mainly because Tian Sui's paintings are just so to my liking, I can't help but want to look at them more."
He did offer an explanation for his earlier behavior.
Akina Ama didn't answer, but her mood immediately improved.
The fact that her paintings were recognized by others proved that she was making progress.
That's good.
The short break was over, and the whistle blew again.
After saying goodbye to Amaho Akina in a hurry, Miyako returned to the volleyball court.
For some reason, during the second half of the training session, Miyaji seemed to be putting in a lot of effort, and even seemed to be venting his anger.
Gong You, who was facing him, did not understand and began to loudly reprimand Gong Zhi, believing that his behavior today was too hasty.
After all, he has hit several home runs in his pitching practice.
Miyaji's veins bulged, but he just held the volleyball expressionlessly and hit another home run.
Akina was confused, but her body trembled involuntarily.
She was a little hungry, so she stopped drawing and simply told Kita Shinsuke that she was leaving early before walking out of the volleyball hall.
After returning home, I continued to organize my paintings as usual after dinner.
She pulled out the half-finished drawing and continued to complete the next part, immersing herself in the painting and so engrossed that she didn't even notice her phone vibrating.
Then it vibrated several more times.
Akina Amazu clicked her tongue lightly, somewhat annoyed that her drawing had been interrupted.
She opened her phone, and sure enough, it was another harassing message from Gong You.
[Gong You: Why didn't you say goodbye before going straight home today!]
[Gong You: I was originally thinking of having you try that super delicious barbecue restaurant I found before.]
[Gong You: Also, I've framed and hung the painting you gave me on the wall.]
[Gong You: [Image]]
[Gong You: Is Tian Sui not here? She hasn't replied to my message.]
Akina rubbed her temples, feeling a little annoyed.
He's being way too friendly! He even wants to take me to a barbecue restaurant?
That means I'll owe someone another favor, and I'll have to repay them with another painting.
Or was it that Gong You did this just so that she would give him a few more tickets?
Tiansui Akina didn't realize it.
And why hang that painting on the wall in the first place...?
Akina Amane's face turned slightly red.
Seeing that the other party was typing again, Amaho Akina quickly typed a line and sent it.
[Ten-Sui: Because Yu-kun sent too many messages.]
[Tianhui: I was just drawing.]
[Tenho: This is coloring a piece of manuscript paper that Yuuki wrote earlier.]
Well, although it's only at the outlining stage yet, Akina Amako said without any hesitation that she was going to start coloring.
I'll finish drawing it sooner or later anyway.
At this moment, she had unknowingly awakened a strange attribute of being a painter.
[Gong You: Ah, did I disturb Tian Sui?]
Gong You was a bit slow to realize it.
He excitedly typed out so many messages, intending to complain.
-
After training, he took his painting, treasured it like it was something, and showed it off to Miyaji.
“Look, Tian Sui drew me at noon today, and even gave me one of her drawings.”
At this point, he shook his own sketch in front of Miyaji, raising his eyebrows.
"So, you didn't, did you?" His tone made you want to punch him.
Miyaji clenched his fists; if Kita Shinsuke hadn't been watching them from behind, he would have attacked in the next moment.
He smirked, gave a curt "heh," and ignored Gong You before quickly leaving.
He walked faster and faster.
Miyaji was certainly a little angry. He wouldn't have been so angry if it had only been Amaho Akina who had focused on Miyayu today.
But Gong You still flaunted this in front of him, which doubled his anger.
Gong You, who was lagging behind, was still somewhat confused.
"What's wrong with Zhu Zhi today? Why is he in such a hurry?" He scratched his head, somewhat puzzled.
When Miyako turned back to try and find Amaho Akina, her eyes widened.
"Where has Tian Sui gone?!" She wasn't even in the corner.
“Ten-sui went home first. She said she was hungry and didn’t want to stay any longer.” Kita Shinsuke nodded slightly.
He relayed Amaho Akina's words before she left to Miyaji.
"What? I was planning to take Tian Sui out for dinner with me," Gong You muttered to himself.
Miyaji was in a good mood because he had run away, which meant he could take Amaho Akina with him by himself.
Who would have thought that Akina Amaho would also disappear?
-
That concludes the recollection.
So he originally wanted to complain to Akina Amaho about why she hadn't waited for him a little longer.
But when he saw that Amaho Akina was actually coloring his painting, he was so moved that he couldn't speak.
Ah, so Akina Amaho went home early just to give me a present sooner.
Clearly, he had misunderstood again.
That's just because the outlining and coloring are progressing slowly, and she's rushing to finish the two paintings she promised to give to Gong You.
[Tian Sui: Yes.]
But she didn't know that Gong You had completely misunderstood.
[Gong You: Then I won't bother you anymore, you can continue drawing]
Miyako's behavior was quite adorable, and Amako Akina raised an eyebrow, finding it rather unusual.
She put down her phone. Since Gong You had sent such a message, she assumed that she didn't need to reply anymore.
Not only that, she also turned off her phone's vibration to prevent Gong You from bothering her again.
Akina Amaho calmed herself down and immersed herself in the painting in front of her.
Great, the outlining is done today, and we can start coloring tomorrow.
She stopped what she was doing, looked at the painting in front of her with satisfaction, nodded, stretched, got into bed, and began to look forward to tomorrow.
-
It's still the same old routine, day after day.
Holding her lunchbox, Akina Amane was exhausted from eating with others for the past two days. Today, she planned to sneak out through the back door.
Phew, it went fairly smoothly. Luckily, the teacher dismissed get out of class two minutes early today.
Arriving at a familiar corner of the campus, Akina Amasui let out a breath.
She opened her lunchbox; today she had brought sushi. Then she broke off a pair of chopsticks.
"I still prefer sushi," Akina Amaho exclaimed as she put a piece of tuna nigiri into her mouth.
Before she could even calm down for a moment, she noticed a figure running towards her from a distance—it was Gong Zhi.
How did he discover this place?
Akina Amako's eyes widened, and she suddenly hugged the lunchbox in her arms.
She didn't want to share the sushi with anyone else!
Her mouth was still bulging, and as she saw Gong Zhi walking towards her, she quickly chewed a few mouthfuls and swallowed them, almost choking in the process.
Clearly, she thought Miyaji had come to share her lunch.
After all, she remembered that he had given high praise to the food she made.
Gong Zhi also asked other people in her class before he learned that she would eat in a corner of the campus.
This was told to him by a girl who used to occasionally have meals with Akina Amami.
She also exclaimed that the food made by Amaho Akina was so delicious, but later she became wary of others trying to steal her lunch, so she declined to eat with anyone else.
They were somewhat gossipy, and when they saw Gong Zhi come over to ask them, they told him what had happened.
Now, seeing Akina Amaho's wary expression, Miyaji knew that she was probably being misunderstood as someone trying to steal her food.
It seems that his original image is still deeply ingrained in people's minds. Gong Zhi sighed in distress.
He regretted saying that he shouldn't have said something that would have made people think he was after the other person's skills, but he didn't regret it.
It really is delicious.
He carried the lunchbox to Amaho Akina's side, and Amaho Akina subconsciously moved to sit down next to him.
She still looked somewhat wary.
"I came here specifically to find Tianhui."
Seeing that Akina Amaho's expression became more wary, Miyaji quickly waved his hand.
"Don't get me wrong, I'm not here to exchange food with you, cough cough."
High school students have a tradition of exchanging lunch boxes, and he had exchanged with Rintaro Kakuna, who sat in front of him.
But thinking about it makes me a little guilty, because what happened the other day could hardly be considered an exchange.
"I have a question I'd like to ask you." He coughed lightly.
Akina Amane relaxed, reopened her lunchbox, and stuffed another piece of seared sushi into her mouth.
"Yes, Mr. Zhi, feel free to ask me any questions."
Miyaji opened his mouth, wanting to ask if Akina Amami was more interested in Miyayu and wanted to draw for her.
But before he could even ask the question, he heard an annoying voice.
-
Because I was kept after school, get out of class ended a few minutes later.
When Miyako arrived, everyone in Amaho Akina's class had already left, and no one could tell him where Amaho Akina had gone.
He went up to the rooftop but didn't find anyone, and he was unwilling to just lose them like that.
After running around the school, I finally found them in a corner.
"What are you doing here! I searched the whole school to find you."
The owner of the voice seemed a little aggrieved.
