"Is there electricity elsewhere? Is it just our food processing plant that's experiencing a power outage? Has this kind of problem ever occurred when the factory was still a noodle processing plant?"
Li Junsheng wondered if there might be some old problem in the factory that hadn't been resolved before.
Fortunately, the workshop director in front of us is also a veteran in the factory, so he should be very familiar with these situations.
As expected, when Li Junsheng asked, the director gave him a definite and accurate answer.
"Factory manager, this has never happened before. The power supply is normal in other places, so we suspect that it is caused by a problem with a section of the line. We called an electrician, but he couldn't find the problem either."

Lu Ping and Li Junsheng rushed to the food processing plant and found that the workers were waiting for the power to be restored.
An electrician of similar age to Li Junsheng, along with two apprentices, was carefully inspecting every section of the wiring in the food processing plant.

The electrician hesitated, as if he wanted to say something but didn't, he had a guess in his mind!
Seeing that Li Junsheng was easy to talk to, the electrician asked in a polite tone, "Is your factory behind on electricity bills? Otherwise, the power shouldn't have been cut off. The weather is nice, no wind or rain."
Upon hearing this, Lu Ping immediately denied it, "That's impossible! I just paid the electricity bill, and the receipt is still locked in my office!"
Lu Ping kept all the receipts in case something went wrong and she couldn't explain it. Now those receipts have come in handy.
She jogged back to her office, retrieved the payment receipt, and showed it to Li Junsheng.
The official seal on the receipt was definitely correct. The electrician was completely baffled; he had never seen anything like this in all his years in the industry!
"Brother, it's really not because our factory has too many operating machines and the voltage can't handle it, so the power went out, is it?"
Li Junsheng asked another question, and this time the electrician still gave Li Junsheng a serious and affirmative answer.
"No, the wiring in any factory is separate and independent. I checked the wiring in your factory and there is no aging, unstable voltage, or automatic power outage."
"Maybe I'm not good enough. Why don't you find someone else? I didn't solve the problem, so I'll leave it at that and not charge you."
The electrician couldn't solve the problem at the food processing plant, so Li Junsheng was advised to find someone else.
There was nothing he could do but let them go first. He didn't let them make the trip for nothing; he still gave them a small fee for their service!
With the electricians gone, Li Junsheng had no choice but to investigate the power outage at the factory himself.
"Let's go take a look at the distribution box."
Li Junsheng went directly to check the source of the factory's power supply.
Behind the food processing plant, the electrical distribution box stands quietly, along with a rain shelter built by the original noodle processing plant workers.
At this moment, two people dressed as power supply station staff are standing next to the distribution box, holding notebooks in their hands, exchanging information!
Li Junsheng walked over to the two men and asked, "Gentlemen, are you employees of the power supply station? I'd like to ask why our food processing plant is experiencing a power outage? Could you please open the distribution box and take a look?"
The two power supply station staff members exchanged a glance, and then said to Li Junsheng, "We received instructions from our superiors to come and cut off the power to your food processing plant."
Upon hearing this, Li Junsheng, Lu Ping, and the workshop director behind him were all taken aback.

When Li Junsheng asked, the two comrades from the power supply station shook their heads.
“We are just grassroots staff in this area of the power supply station. We always follow the instructions given by our leaders. Why was the power cut off to your factory? You’ll have to ask our leaders!”
"Yes, I checked when I cut off the power to you just now, and the electricity bill is indeed not overdue."
The two men in front of Li Junsheng were low-level employees at the power supply station, doing hard work, and it was really impossible to get anything out of them.

The three rode their old-fashioned bicycles all the way to the power supply station.
On the way, Li Junsheng also found out who had given them the order to cut off the power.
It seems that big shots like the director or head of the power supply station don't care about these things!
"If you want to see the director, come with me. I'll lead you to the director's office."
One of the comrades kindly led Li Junsheng to the office of the director of the power supply station.
As a thank you, Li Junsheng gave him most of a box of good cigarettes.
This comrade didn't take Li Junsheng's cigarettes for nothing. He glanced at Li Junsheng and then knocked on the director's door.
"Director, are you in your office? Director Li from the food processing plant is here. He wants to ask you about the power outage!"
