Chapter 83: You didn’t sleep with your brother’s wife?

Yun Mo pretended to have just woken up and yawned, "Hi, good morning."

Ling Chuan stopped and asked her, "What do you want to eat for breakfast?"

Yun Mo glanced at the bucket in the man's hand which was full but not a drop of water spilled out of the bucket, and was amazed at the man's arm strength. The bucket was filled with water, which must have weighed at least 30 kilograms.

In fact, she could have connected to the tap, but she liked to drink well water. There happened to be a well in the yard, so she asked someone to install a water pump and draw well water herself every day.

Anyway, she had the space, so she could fill a few buckets at a time and use the space to transport them to the kitchen and boiler respectively, without much effort.

Thinking back, Yun Mo said to the man in the yard, "I'll go buy breakfast. It's a good time to take Dabai and Erbai out for a stroll. You can cook some porridge and cut some pickled cabbage."

"Um."

After washing and changing clothes, Yun Mo stood in the yard and called to the two geese, "Dabai and Erbai, let's go."

“Ga ga ga!”

Here it comes!

As soon as I opened the gate, I found a person sitting on the stone steps at the entrance.

Hearing the sound of the door opening, Ling Jiang turned around and saw that it was Yun Mo. He quickly put out the pipe in his hand.

"Sister-in-law, are you awake?"

Yun Mo went out in surprise, "Brother, when did you come? Why didn't you knock on the door?"

Ling Jiang smiled innocently, "I'm afraid of disturbing you and Chuanzi. Um, Chuanzi is up too, right?"

"I'm up and fetching water. Big brother, come in and sit down. I'm going to go out and buy breakfast. You haven't eaten yet, right? Can I buy some buns?"

"Oh, fine. I'm fine with anything."

Not long after Ling Jiang stepped into the yard, Ling Chuan, who had heard the noise, came out of the kitchen, washing rice with a ladle in his hand.

"Brother."

Ling Jiang was still immersed in the shock of the huge size of the courtyard. He came to his senses when he heard his brother's voice.

"Chuanzi, make breakfast."

"Well, brother, please sit down for a while. I'll put the rice in the pot."

"Okay, go do your thing."

Soon, Ling Chuan wiped his hands and came to Ling Jiang, "Brother, what are you doing here?"

Ling Jiang took two puffs of his pipe, the worry between his brows thicker than the smoke he exhaled, "What else could it be? Your sister-in-law knew that I lost my job and quarreled with me all night, so I just came out and came to see your new residence."

Hearing that his elder brother and his sister-in-law had a quarrel, Ling Chuan didn't know what to say, so he turned around and made a cup of tea.

"Brother, drink some water."

"good."

Ling Jiang took the tea and drank it slowly, looking around the courtyard with amazement in his eyes.

"Chuanzi, the annual rent for such a large courtyard house must be quite expensive, right?"

"Yeah." Ling Chuan was silent for a moment, then explained in a low voice, "Momo rented the house, she likes it."

When Ling Jiang heard Momo's name, he was stunned for a moment, then he realized that it was Yun Mo.

"No wonder. Well, I can understand that. My sister-in-law was born in that kind of family and has never suffered since she was a child. It is unfair for her to marry into our family."

Ling Chuan looked at him with some concern, "Want me to go and persuade your sister-in-law?"

Ling Jiang sighed, "What's there to persuade her about? I've explained everything I need to say. Your sister-in-law is a person with long hair and short knowledge. She won't listen to other people's advice. Let her be angry for two days and she will be fine."

Seeing that Ling Chuan didn't say anything, Ling Jiang comforted him: "It's okay, when we find a new job, your sister-in-law will stop talking about it."

"Um."

Ling Jiang hesitated for a moment, then asked, "Did your sister-in-law say anything to you?"

"I haven't told her yet. I'll tell her in a few days."

Ling Chuan quickly got up and went to the kitchen to look after the pot. Ling Jiang walked around the yard with his pipe in his hand, and soon arrived in front of the house where Ling Chuan lived.

After walking around Lingchuan's room and smoking silently for a while, Ling Jiang turned and went into the kitchen.

"Chuanzi, you and your sister-in-law didn't sleep together?"

Ling Chuan, who was cutting sauerkraut, paused and then continued to cut the vegetables.

Seeing his brother's silent look, Ling Jiang had nothing to understand.

"Chuanzi, since you have married her, how can you treat her like this..."

"She didn't want to."

With just a few words, Ling Jiang was stuck in his throat.

"Sister-in-law, why doesn't she want to? You can't keep doing this forever, can you? If newlyweds sleep in separate rooms, everyone will laugh at them if the news gets out."

"Brother, I know everything about Momo and I, you don't have to worry."

Ling Jiang said anxiously: "How can I not worry? You are already 24 years old. When I was your age, Chunhua could already walk."

"I don't want to force her."

"How can this be considered forced? You have obtained a marriage certificate, and you are not without any status. It is only natural for you to sleep in the same bed with your wife."

Ling Chuan was somewhat helpless, "Brother, stop talking, it might be bad if Momo hears it later."

Ling Jiang wanted to say something but stopped himself when he thought that his younger brother always had his own ideas.

Guessing that Ling Jiang came here probably to talk to Ling Chuan about something, Yun Mo was not in a hurry to go home. She took Dabai and Erbai around the courtyard for a long circle, then went to the breakfast shop to buy breakfast for three people, and staggered back home.

"Sister-in-law, I am sorry to bother you."

Looking at the table full of rich breakfast, Ling Jiang felt particularly embarrassed.

Yun Mo smiled at the other person kindly, "It's okay, big brother, next time you come, just knock on the door and come in. We're a family, there's no need to be so formal."

"Yeah, okay."

After breakfast, seeing Ling Chuan was about to go out with Ling Jiang, Yun Mo subconsciously stopped them and handed them the house key she had prepared.

Ling Chuan took the key and said to her, "I won't be back at noon, you don't have to wait for me."

If you don’t want to come back, then don’t come back. Who will wait for you?

After the two brothers left, Yun Mo packed up and went out.

The brothers Lingchuan and Lingjiang plan to look for Deng Zhi.

Deng Zhi is Ling Chuan's godfather and runs a motorcycle repair shop. The motorcycle Ling Chuan rode last time was borrowed from Deng Zhi.

A few years ago, Deng Zhi accidentally fell off his bike one night and lay unconscious on the side of the road for a long time with no one paying attention to him. It was Ling Chuan who passed by and carried him to the hospital, saving his life.

After Deng Zhi recovered from his injury, he adopted Ling Chuan as his godson and took good care of him.

"Uncle Zhi."

The store was not busy in the morning. Deng Zhi was sitting in the store watching a football game on the black and white TV. When he saw the Lingchuan brothers coming, his face immediately filled with smiles.

"Chuanzi, Xiaojiang, you are here, please sit down."

Since they were all family, Ling Chuan didn't hesitate to move a stool and sit opposite Deng Zhi. Looking at the rather quiet shop, he couldn't help but ask with concern, "Uncle Zhi, how is the business recently?"

"It's getting worse day by day." Deng Zhi pointed to the opposite side and said, "Look, a new store opened across the street. Just two days ago, there are five motorcycle repair shops on this street alone. How can business be good?"

Ling Chuan nodded in understanding, "It's not easy."
