Chapter 6 The First Day After Marriage
The family happily gathered together to have breakfast. Although the meal was simple, everyone had a smile on their face.
After breakfast, Qin Zhizhi and Gu Jinghuai offered tea to Gu's mother. Gu's mother happily drank the tea and went to the room to take out a bracelet for Qin Zhizhi.
"Zhizhi, this was given to me by your father-in-law when we got married. He said it was a family heirloom of the Gu family, and today I'm passing it on to you."
