Chapter 21 The aroma of the bone soup noodles makes me dizzy!
Qin Zhizhi returned to Gu's house. Only Gu's mother was at home. The two children and Qin Qinghui had gone out to play.
Qin Zhizhi said hello to Gu's mother and went to the kitchen to process the bones and meat she bought today.
Zhizhi put the meat away to be eaten tomorrow, and the bones were to be used to make bone noodle soup in the evening.
Qin Zhizhi went to the yard to process the bones and decided to make the bone soup first. Gu's mother heard the noise and came in to help, but was persuaded to leave by Qin Zhizhi.
"Mom, I can handle this by myself. Go make some clothes for my husband. I'm just going to make some bone soup first. My second brother and third sister will be back soon. Let them help watch the fire."
Seeing that she was indeed not needed, Mother Gu went back to her room to continue making clothes. Before leaving, she reminded her, "If you need help, be sure to call me."
"I understand, Mom. If Zhizhi needs help, please call me."
After seeing off Gu's mother, Qin Zhizhi added some large pieces of wood into the stove and let them burn while she went to knead the dough.
These firewoods for the Gu family were sent by Qin He. When they went up the mountain to collect firewood yesterday, the three brothers specially collected some more just to share some with the Gu family.
After the kneaded dough was set aside in the basin, Qin Zhizhi added more firewood, then went to the vegetable garden to pick some vegetables, plucked some green onions, and got four eggs from the chicken coop.
Although it is a bit extravagant, everyone in the family needs to nourish their bodies, so Qin Zhizhi feels that she must eat it now that she has the money.
After the bone soup was ready, Gu Jingshu and Gu Jingyao came back after smelling the fragrance, and Qin Qinghui followed them.
"Sister-in-law, what delicious food did you make? It smells so good." Gu Jingyao jumped into the kitchen.
"We're having bone noodle soup tonight. Yao'er, can you help your sister-in-law light the fire?"
Qin Zhizhi touched the little girl's head, and her beautiful hair was so lovely that she couldn't let go.

The three children have a very good relationship. When they heard that there was something delicious, the first person Gu Jingyao thought of was his friends.

"Sister-in-law, Qinghui and I will go together." Gu Jingshu followed Qin Qinghui out of the kitchen.
"You guys go quickly and come back soon. I'm going to prepare food. Fifth brother, let's have noodles here tonight." Qin Zhizhi shouted to the two of them, and invited Qin Qinghui to stay for dinner.
"I understand, sister-in-law."
"I understand, Third Sister."
The two of them ran away. Qin Zhizhi shook her head helplessly and went to get another egg.
The two of them brought back half a basin of crabs from Qin's house. Qin Zhizhi was very happy to see it and said to them, "It's too late today. I will make you something delicious tomorrow."
"Yeah, Third Sister is the best."
"Sister-in-law is the best."
When they heard there was something delicious, the three children cheered. Qin Zhizhi smiled and said, "Go wash your hands and get ready for dinner."
After telling the children, Qin Zhizhi called out to the house, "Mom, it's time for dinner."
When Mother Gu heard her daughter-in-law calling her to eat, she quickly put down the work in her hands and went to the kitchen to help serve the dishes.
The noodles Qin Zhizhi made today were made with white flour, and the milky white bone soup, paired with green vegetables and golden fried eggs, looked very delicious.
Qin Zhizhi served a large bowl to each person. After taking a bite of noodles and drinking a sip of soup, their taste buds were satisfied.
"Third sister, the noodles you make are delicious, even better than grandma's."
Qin Qinghui was speaking the truth. As far as he could remember, his family rarely ate noodles. If they did, they were not made with white flour, and there were certainly no eggs in them.
“It tastes better than the ones in the restaurant.”
“My sister-in-law’s cooking is the best.”
The three children chatted with each other, making Qin Zhizhi and Gu's mother laugh. Looking at the eggs in the bowl, Gu's mother's eyes became moist.
"Mom, eat quickly, there's more in the pot."
Qin Zhizhi saw her mother was in a daze, thinking that she was reluctant to eat, and urged her.
"Hey, Mom, I'll eat it right away."
Mother Gu quickly took a bite, and then her eyes were full of surprise. Her daughter-in-law's cooking skills were amazing.
There was a big pot of noodles, and several people ate it all up, without even a drop of soup left.
After dinner, the three children were vying to wash the dishes. Qin Zhizhi couldn't resist them and had to leave the kitchen.
The dishwashing job was taken away from her, so Qin Zhizhi put all the crabs in a basin, added some water, and prepared to cook them for everyone to try at noon tomorrow.
Qin Qinghui went home after washing the dishes. Qin Zhizhi was worried about him being alone, so she sent him home. Gu Jingshu and Gu Jingyao also wanted to go, so the four of them went out together.
Everyone was full from dinner, and now was the perfect time to digest the food, so they took a walk and arrived at Qin's house.
When they arrived, dinner had just begun at the Qin family. Seeing Qin Zhizhi coming, Mrs. Qin invited them to the table to eat. After they explained, Mrs. Qin gave up.
After playing at Qin's house for a while, they went back.
After getting home and washing up, Qin Zhizhi went to sleep. She was really tired after a busy day.
Early the next morning.
Qin Zhizhi got up and made egg pancakes, cooked white rice porridge, boiled an egg for each person, and took some pickles from the jar.
"Zhizhi, why don't you sleep a little longer?" Mother Gu stayed up late last night to sew clothes for her son and accidentally got up late.
When she arrived at the kitchen, Qin Zhizhi had already prepared breakfast.
"Mom, I woke up at the appointed time. You should hurry up and wash up and have breakfast."
"Oh, Zhizhi, thank you for your hard work. You should sleep a little longer tomorrow. I will get up and make breakfast." Mother Gu felt sorry for Qin Zhizhi getting up early, and vowed in her heart to get up early tomorrow.

When Qin Zhizhi brought breakfast to the table, the two children were very happy because their sister-in-law had prepared delicious food again.

Gu Jingshu and Gu Jingyao even gave him half of their boiled eggs. Qin Zhizhi felt even happier seeing how funny their relationship was.
