Everyone present was shrewd and could immediately tell that Zhan Xiuwen's expression was off, not to mention that his assistant was nervously wiping away sweat.
Wen Lixuan asked with great interest, "What happened?"

Immediately, a tall and imposing man walked in.
This was the first time Zhan Jingting had appeared standing up at such an event. He wore a well-tailored black suit, which made him look even more noble and aloof. He was probably 1.9 meters tall, with a perfect body proportion that was flawless. His long legs attracted the attention of the women present.
The young man's face was expressionless, yet it couldn't hide the stunning beauty of his features.
He was like a masterpiece sculpted by God, so perfect that he seemed not to belong to this world. Everyone's eyes followed his every step and could not look away.
However, he exuded a cold and aloof aura that made people afraid and shudder at the sight of him.
Zhan Jingting walked off the stage and stood a few meters away from Zhan Xiuwen on the stage, facing each other.
"Jingting, what brings you here?" Zhan Xiuwen asked with a smile. "Your wife is in a vegetative state, and you've been taking care of her at home. What brings you here?"
A cold glint flashed in Zhan Jingting's eyes, but it disappeared in an instant. "Of course I have to come and see such a lively party. Everyone says that the capital is about to change, so I've come to see how it will change."
Zhan Xiuwen laughed out loud, "That's because everyone is giving me the benefit of the doubt and respecting the Hezhong Alliance. I'm sorry you had to laugh at me."

Zhan Xiuwen's smile gradually faded. "Looks like you've come here to cause trouble."
"There was a problem, but I didn't cause it; you brought it on yourself."
As soon as the man finished speaking, a series of text message notifications rang out at the scene.
Someone glanced at it and exclaimed, "The Alliance is in trouble! All the partners intercepted from the Zhan Group are issuing statements saying they will not cooperate with the Alliance!"
"Isn't this a public slap in Zhan Xiuwen's face?"

“Chairman Zhan,” one of them said, “President Liu is right. You originally said that tonight’s party would show us your connections and strength, so we were all thinking of signing the contract after the party. It’s normal that you’ve decided not to sign now.”
"It's because of him, isn't it?" Zhan Xiuwen raised his chin and pointed at Zhan Jingting. "You decided to back out before he even arrived. He must have discussed it with you beforehand. Tell me, what conditions did Zhan Jingting offer you? I'll double it!"
Zhan Jingting chuckled as if he had heard a joke.
A fleeting smile appeared on the man's handsome face, making it seem like an illusion.
Why do you think I need to use conditions to make them obey me?
Zhan Xiuwen frowned. "What do you mean?"
"Ahem, Chairman Zhan, you may not know this," President Liu said. "There's a reason why Master Zhan is called Master Zhan. He's involved in almost every industry in the capital. You think he's just cooperating with us, so you think you can snatch things away by offering better terms. But little do you know, we don't have a cooperative relationship with Master Zhan."
Zhan Xiuwen sensed something was wrong. "Then what is your relationship?"
"Master Zhan never collaborates with anyone. If he is interested in any company that wants to cooperate with him, he will acquire it, taking at least 51% of the shares and having absolute say. However, he does not participate in the operation himself, and the management rights are still handed over to the other party."
Many people present were shocked!
