The Left Censor glared and puffed out his beard.
"These are the jewels on the official hat. There are regulations for their design. They can't just be changed! Who did you give them to? I'll go and get them back."
Zuo Miaomiao could hardly imagine the scene of her father going to Fu Weiyun to ask for something.
He forced himself to say, "Dad, I'll go. You wait at home."
After saying that, he dashed out the door.
She waited in the carriage in front of the General's Mansion for a long time before getting off and requesting an audience with Fu Weiyun.
When Fu Weiyun heard from the doorman that a Miss Zuo was requesting an audience, he knew that it was Zuo Miaomiao who had arrived.
