"Officer Feng, can you get a marriage certificate with me?"
The man on the other end of the phone fell silent. Shi Nian suddenly became nervous. After a few seconds, he heard his deep voice, "Meet at the entrance of the Civil Affairs Bureau at 2 pm. Bring your ID."
