Ouyang Lan pressed the doorbell and explained her purpose in fluent English.
The staff let her in and asked, "You said you are Ouyang Shen's daughter?"
"Yes, do you need me to identify it?"
"No, that's not necessary. Don't get excited, miss."
The man took Ouyang Lan to Ouyang Shen's room. "He has a wife. They live together and they love each other."
Ouyang Lan lowered his head and listened to these words in silence.
She landed slowly on the ground in her flat shoes, and Ouyang Lan felt the weight of every step.
After seeing Ouyang Shen's face, Ouyang Lan's breathing stopped for a moment.
Ouyang Shen was extremely thin, with sunken features.
He had his back to Ouyang Lan. When he heard the sound at the door, Wang Yangyang looked up.
Ouyang Shen was asking, "Who is it? Is it David?"
Ouyang Lan and Wang Yangyang's eyes met.
Wang Yangyang clenched the things in her hands. She didn't say anything, but kept her eyes on Ouyang Lan.
"Why aren't you talking?"
Ouyang Shen asked her to push him around. The moment he saw Ouyang Lan, the smile on his face froze completely. "Lan'er."
Ouyang Lan didn't say anything, two tears ran down her face.
Wang Yangyang and David came out together, giving the father and daughter some time to be alone together.
David exclaimed that Ouyang Lan was very beautiful and young.
Wang Yangyang blew the hot air and smiled at David, "Don't even think about her. She's already married."
