It was not until after dinner that Huang Susu finally called from the capital.
"Xixi, you said your boyfriend would come to visit you today. Where is he?" Huang Susu asked as soon as the phone was connected.
"He's right next to us." Ye Mingxi quickly handed the receiver to Fang Yunfeng and asked him to say hello.
Fang Yunfeng picked up the phone nervously. This feeling was even more stressful than when he was on a mission.
"Hello, Auntie. I'm Xixi's boyfriend. My name is Fang Yunfeng." He greeted her according to the words Ye Mingxi had agreed with him.
Huang Susu listened to the phone and heard a man's voice, which dispelled some of her doubts.
"Are you really Xixi's boyfriend? Are you two really dating? The kind that's planning to get married?" She couldn't help but ask several more questions in a row.
