Sitting in the private room, Yan Yirou relaxed and asked curiously, "Why did Fourth Young Madam agree to come and see me?"
Shangguan Wu raised an eyebrow in surprise: "You don't want me to come?"
Yan Yirou shook her head: "No."
Shangguan Wu looked at her and smiled without saying a word.
Yan Yirou paused for a moment, then stated her position seriously: "I have no improper thoughts about the Fourth Young Master right now."
"Oh." A look of surprise flashed across Shangguan Wu's eyes as she casually asked, "Why are you afraid of him?"
Yan Yirou froze: "I'm afraid of him?"
Shangguan Wu smiled faintly: "We met yesterday at this restaurant. You were with Ji Xianli. Don't you remember?"
How could Yan Yirou forget what happened yesterday? She just didn't expect to be discovered by Shangguan Wu at a glance.
“I haven’t forgotten,” she said.
Seeing her calm expression, Shangguan Wu understood that she already knew that the man she was going on a blind date with was Ji Xianli, not Ji Xianreng.
Shangguan Wu asked, "Would you mind telling me?"
Yan Yirou looked at her and slowly shook her head. Shangguan Wu had come to rescue her, clearly for this very reason. If she wanted to rely on her, she had to show sincerity.
She lowered her head and said, "Fourth Young Master never shows any affection to women who like him. Even though I've had a crush on him for a long time, he still treats me like a stranger."
