"I can't go on anymore, I can't run anymore..."
Yan Yirou begged for mercy, glancing at the man beside her as she ran.
"You can't even last ten minutes?" Gu Chenye encouraged her, "Hang in there a little longer, you can do it."
In short, Yan Yirou ran for another ten minutes or so.

Gu Chenye kept encouraging her.
Yan Yirou wanted to refute him, but she couldn't speak; her mouth was only used for breathing.
Encouraged by Gu Chenye, Yan Yirou ran for a full hour. After getting off the treadmill, she collapsed on the ground, not wanting to move at all.
Gu Chenye took a bottle of mineral water, unscrewed the cap, and handed it to her: "Have some water."
Yan Yirou raised her head to drink water, stopping only after drinking two-thirds of it.
Seeing how exhausted she was, Gu Chenye didn't want her to try any more equipment, so he said, "Let's call it a day. We'll try something else tomorrow."
When Yan Yirou heard his first sentence, she felt that he had finally spoken a human word.
The next sentence, however, instantly plunged them into hell.
Yan Yirou rolled her eyes: "Try it and you'll die."
Upon hearing this, Gu Chenye looked at her in surprise: "Okay, what do you want to try next?"
Yan Yirou met his gaze, her face expressionless: "The 'passed away' I meant death."
Gu Chenye: "..."
Try it and you'll die?
His lips twitched slightly as he advised, "If your physical fitness improves, the probability of you getting sick will decrease significantly. Starting today, try to run for an hour every day."
