With a gentle and polite smile, she asked, "Could you help me choose a shade? My friend's skin isn't very fair..."
Before she could finish speaking, the sales assistant took out a lipstick and handed it to her casually.
"S609, this is the shade that's been selling really well for us lately."
Wenrou was interrupted and looked a little embarrassed, but she didn't show it. She silently took the lipstick and tried the color on the back of her hand.
This shade leans towards a rosy red with purple undertones. It's pretty, but not very suitable for girls with relatively dark skin.

The saleswoman sighed almost imperceptibly, took the lipstick from Wenrou's hand, and casually handed her another one.

Wenrou took it and looked at it carefully. She realized that this shade looked similar to one of her friends'.
Her expression was complicated; she seemed about to speak, but hesitated and closed her mouth.
She could clearly sense the saleswoman's impatience.
She smiled shyly, pursing her lips, "I'll take another look myself."
When the saleswoman heard this, her expression changed drastically, but only for a moment before she returned to normal.
"Okay, just call me if you need anything."
The words were somewhat perfunctory, but overall they were polite.
Once the sales assistant had walked away, Wenrou finally let out a deep sigh of relief and focused intently on choosing lipsticks.
After browsing for a while, she couldn't tell if she was overwhelmed by the choices or if it was a matter of color selection, but she couldn't find anything suitable, so she turned her attention to the perfumes next to her.
How about giving her perfume?
Wenrou hesitated for a moment, then turned to the sales assistant and asked, "Could you help me introduce the perfume?"
The sales assistant saw her lingering in the perfume section and looked somewhat surprised, but still came over as instructed.
"Madam, the perfumes here aren't exactly cheap."
Her seemingly random remark startled Wenrou, and then she realized what was happening, and a feeling of displeasure welled up inside her.
However, due to the saleswoman's smiling face, she didn't explicitly express her gentleness, but her voice was noticeably lower.
"Just tell me about it, and if I like the flavor, I'll buy it."
The saleswoman paused for a moment, then reached out and took a perfume, beginning her familiar introduction.
The introduction was professional enough, but it was only halfway through when the sound of women's laughter slowly drifted up from behind.
The saleswoman turned around and, upon seeing a familiar face, her face lit up with a smile.
She immediately put down the perfume she was holding and rushed over to meet him.
"Mrs. Li, you're here again? I wonder what you've come to buy this time?"
"Perfume, look at this one, it's our newest arrival, and it's selling like hotcakes!"
Wenrou looked at her sycophantic behavior with surprise and felt instantly uncomfortable.
You won't know how good the service is until you compare it; once you do, you'll be shocked.
She rolled her eyes and turned to pick out a perfume for herself.
As she was examining a perfume, the saleswoman suddenly took a step back and stepped directly on Wenrou's foot.
Wenrou instinctively took a step back, staggered, and lost her grip on the perfume, which fell to the ground.
With a crisp sound, the perfume bottle shattered into pieces.
Everyone in the store was shocked.
The saleswoman turned around in horror, and when she saw the mess on the ground, she froze for about two seconds before slowly raising her head to look at Wenrou, who was still in shock.
"Ma'am, would you like to pay by card or scan a QR code?"
He said this with a professional smile on his face.
