The old spot in the corner of the mansion café.
Su Yan was casually flipping through her phone when the wind chimes on the coffee shop door rang as she picked up a cup of coffee from the table.
She looked in the direction of the sound and smiled when she saw Sun Yinyao's familiar figure.
She put down her phone and waited with a faint smile for Sun Yinyao to come over.
In contrast to her relaxed demeanor, Sun Yinyao's face clearly showed a hint of seriousness.
She turned her head and glanced around at the bustling customers in the coffee shop, then quickened her pace as she walked towards Su Yan.
"What happened that you were in such a hurry to ask me out?"
As soon as she sat down, before Su Yan could even speak, she asked urgently.
Su Yan remained slow and unaffected by her words throughout.
"Did I bother you? It's nothing urgent. If you're busy with work, you don't have to come."
Su Yan had said the same thing over the phone, but Sun Yinyao still came anyway.
Sun Yinyao glanced around casually again, her speech noticeably slowing down.
"Has something happened to Yi'an?"
Su Yan ignored these words and, as if catching up with an old friend, asked familiarly, "What does Miss Sun do for a living?"
Sun Yinyao was taken aback and carefully looked Su Yan up and down, clearly sensing that she was somewhat different.
"What does this have to do with our cooperation?"
This is tantamount to refusing to answer.
Su Yan smiled and said, "I just think it's a pity that Miss Sun isn't an actress."
Sun Yinyao was startled, and her throat inexplicably tightened.
She stared directly at Su Yan. "What do you mean by that?"
The atmosphere between the two quickly turned tense.
But Su Yan still had a faint smile on her face.
"Normally, my job doesn't require me to know anything about a client's personal life outside of business. But..."
She changed the subject abruptly, and with a slight smile, placed her phone on the table between them.
"Some things you learn by chance can be a wonderful surprise."
Sun Yinyao's back was a little stiff. She slowly lowered her head and looked at her phone screen, which displayed the latest idol drama poster.
The woman standing in the center with a bright smile is the one who is now pale-faced.
She glanced at it for only a second before quickly looking away, asking, "What does my profession have to do with our collaboration?"
"Ms. Sun, please don't get excited, it wouldn't be good if it attracted some of your fans."
Sun Yinyao took a breath and tried her best to lower her voice.
"Do you find it strange that a newcomer in the entertainment industry has connections with the industry's most eligible bachelors?"
Su Yan shook her head without even thinking.
"Not surprising."
Sun Yinyao then asked, "My special status prevents me from properly resolving this illicit relationship. Is it strange that I came to you?"
"That's not surprising."
In the years that Su Yan has worked in the industry, she has seen all sorts of strange characters, so Sun Yinyao's explanation makes sense.
Sun Yinyao's face showed obvious anger. "If everything is normal, then what kind of trap is Miss Su setting up today!"
Su Yan wasn't nervous and slowly straightened up.
"These things are not surprising, but what is surprising is how Yi'an knew my identity?"
Sun Yinyao stammered, "This...this...how would I know!"
Su Yan took back her phone and quickly found Yi An's number.
"Miss Sun, would you mind a face-to-face confrontation?"
Before Sun Yinyao could react, she immediately pressed the dial button.
"Hello, Yi'an? Do you have time to come to the mansion café? I have something very important to tell you."
