Li Kui grinned menacingly, his broadsword whistling through the air as he slashed fiercely at Mu Qing.
Before the blade even arrived, the sharp wind already made Mu Qing's cheek sting.
Mu Qing dodged the fatal blow with a swift movement.
The long sword in his hand flicked like a venomous snake's tongue, aiming a backhand strike at Li Kui's chest.
Clang! Sparks flew everywhere!
Li Kui swung his sword to parry, and the two swords clashed, producing a piercing metallic clang.
"You little brat, you've got some skills!"
Li Kui roared, and his violent blade strikes poured down like a storm, forcing Mu Qing to retreat repeatedly.
Mu Qing's hand trembled violently, and he almost dropped the long sword.
He gritted his teeth and struggled to withstand Li Kui's ferocious attacks.
"Again!"
Li Kui appeared as if he had gone mad, each of his strikes carrying the force to split mountains and shatter rocks.
Mu Qing's eyes turned cold, and she no longer tried to take the hit head-on.
Instead, he used his agile movements to find openings in Li Kui's ferocious attacks.
"What? Got scared?"
Seeing Mu Qing dodge, Li Kui laughed arrogantly.
"With such meager skills, you dare to challenge me!"
He brandished his broadsword, pressing forward relentlessly, trying to drive Mu Qing into a corner.
Mu Qing's face was gloomy, and he remained silent.
He gripped the long sword tightly in his hand, his gaze sharp as a knife.
He stared intently at Li Kui, searching for his weakness!
"Take this! Black Tiger Claws Out the Heart!"
Li Kui roared, and his broadsword transformed into a black shadow, aiming straight for Mu Qing's heart!
A deafening clang rang out.
Mu Qing gritted his teeth and took the blow head-on, his arms going numb from the shock.
He involuntarily took a few steps back.
Li Kui grinned maliciously, wielding his broadsword with incredible speed and precision.
The flashes of blades rained down on Mu Qing like a storm!
Mu Qing was forced to retreat steadily and was nearly hacked to pieces!
Li Kui's slashes grew ever faster, forcing Mu Qing to the edge of a cliff!
"You little brat, let's see where you can run now!"
Li Kui roared arrogantly.
Mu Qing gritted her teeth, glared at him fiercely, and remained silent.
"Go to hell!"
Li Kui roared and raised his broadsword, slashing it down hard at Mu Qing's head!
At the critical moment, Mu Qing rolled away, barely dodging the fatal blow!
He flipped over and leaped up, his eyes so fierce they looked like he wanted to devour someone!
Li Kui's sword cleaved through the air, the blade sinking deep into the ground.
He suddenly drew his broadsword and spat disdainfully:
"Damn it, it's as slippery as an eel!"
Pebbles fell in a flurry from the cliff edge, raising clouds of dust.
Upon seeing this, the soldiers of Beixiang Kingdom shouted anxiously:
"General!"
Lu Yan stood on the hillside, watching the battle from afar, a slight smile playing on his lips.
He turned to the owl beside him and said:
"How long do you think Mu Qing can hold out?"
Following Lu Yan's gaze, Night Owl hesitated for a moment before saying:
"No more than ten rounds."
The mountain wind howled, blowing Lu Yan's robes.
In the distance, the sounds of war drums and battle cries shook the heavens and the earth.
Li Kui strode over with an air of utter indifference, each step shaking the ground to its core.
It's just like a wild boar that's been starving for three days seeing a delicious pig feed!
He swung the large cleaver in his hand, the blade gleaming coldly.
Like a butcher's knife, he grinned, revealing two rows of large, yellow teeth.
"What's wrong? Little mudskipper, not trying to escape this time?"
Mu Qing gritted his teeth, making a grinding sound like he was chewing gum, and refused to utter a sound.
He gripped the knife with both hands, striking a pose reminiscent of a mantis stalking a cicada.
Sweat dripped down his face like rain.
It splattered into the ground and disappeared in an instant; it probably died of thirst.
"Awoo!"
Li Kui suddenly let out a ghostly scream and pounced on him like a mad dog.
The large sword made a "whoosh" sound as it was wielded.
It looked like it was about to slice into Mu Qing's forehead, and it felt like it could open his third eye any second!
Mu Qing was so frightened that her soul almost flew out of her body, and she barely managed to dodge it by rolling over.
At the same time, he swung his knife in retaliation, aiming a blow at Li Kui's kidney!
Li Kui reacted extremely quickly, retracting his broadsword to parry.
A piercing metallic clang rang out!
Mu Qing used the momentum to leap backward, widening the distance between them, his chest heaving violently.
He stared intently at Li Kui, his eyes sharp as knives.
The two faced off again, the surroundings were completely silent, except for the howling wind that sounded like the low growl of a wild beast.
Li Kui carried his broadsword as if it were a fire poker.
He glanced sideways at Mu Qing, his face radiating an irritating smugness.
"What's wrong? Your legs are weak? Can't you stand up?"
He shook his head and clicked his tongue twice.
"Hey, I thought you were something special, but this is all? This is all?"
Mu Qing ignored him and panted heavily.
He gripped the knife tightly in his hand, probably thinking:
Once I catch my breath, I'll beat you to a pulp!
Lu Yan, munching on sunflower seeds, watched with great interest from the high platform:
"Goodness, this kid didn't let me train him for nothing. His set of wild punches was quite impressive!"
"But this Mu Qing is also very slippery, like an eel, not easy to catch."
"No, I have to think of something to finish this quickly, I've already finished all my sunflower seeds!"
He picked up the megaphone and gave the order to the owl:
"Night Owl, you take the special forces, circle around behind enemy lines, and ambush Mu Qing!"
"yes!"
Night Owl clasped his hands in acceptance of the order and leaped down from the platform.
The figure quickly disappeared at the edge of the chaotic battlefield.
They secretly led special forces to the rear of the Northern Xiang Kingdom's army.
At this point, the battle between Li Kui and Mu Qing had entered a fierce stage.
Both were bloodthirsty, fighting desperately and showing no mercy.
