"We have already gotten a general idea of Mr. Crocodile's intentions from the newspapers."
"We both exist to overthrow the rule of the Celestial Dragons."
"However, there are bound to be disagreements on certain points. I wonder if Mr. Crocodile could tell me what you would do next if you overthrew the Celestial Dragon regime?"
"Do you want to become the king of the entire world, or establish a united government to govern all the countries in this world?" Dorag asked straight to the point.
"Overthrowing the Celestial Dragons is only the first step. After them, all feudal ruling classes in the world must be eliminated."
"The power of the entire world will be in the hands of the majority, rather than controlled by a small group of nobles." Luo Heng said frankly.
"What did you say?" Dorag was shocked. He couldn't believe that these were words spoken by a man who came from a pirate family.
"Of course it means literally." Luo Heng spread his hands.
"You overthrew the Celestial Dragons and the World Government, but not for the purpose of dominating the world?" Dragon confirmed again, still a little bit unbelieving.
"I just can't stand their condescending attitude. All human beings are born equal, aren't they?" Luo Heng said without any concealment.
A man with such strength and power, who was born a pirate, is known by the world as the most sinister careerist and conspirator.
The purpose of overthrowing the world's aristocracy is simply because they can't stand it.
It felt like Dorag's worldview was shattered.
"So if you achieve your goal, what will you do next?" Dorag asked doubtfully.
"Of course, I want to get married, have children, become a rich man and enjoy life."
Dorag looked at Luo Heng in confusion, his heart was in turmoil and he couldn't calm down for a long time.
"This is truly... too shocking."
"I will just destroy the Celestial Dragons, and the rest will depend on you, the Revolutionary Army." Luo Heng grinned.
"real?"
“Every word is true!”
After receiving Luo Heng's affirmation again, Dorag finally put his mind at ease.
"As far as I know, although you call yourselves a revolutionary army, I have never heard that you have your own revolutionary program. This is not acceptable." Luo Heng suddenly said.
"Revolutionary program? The core idea of our revolutionary army is to overthrow the tyranny of the aristocracy and the rule of the Celestial Dragons, but we have never considered what you said." Dorag frowned.
"There are more than 300 countries in this world, and each country has its own nobles and their forces."
"If you want to change the entire world with just a few of you, it will probably take hundreds of years. It's just wishful thinking."
"So you have to find a way to spread your thoughts and keep fissioning."
"This will help us gain more support and allow more people to become like-minded partners like you."
"There's an old saying that a single spark can start a prairie fire."
"As long as you have a revolutionary program and ideas that convince others, you will attract more and more people to join the revolutionary ranks." Luo Heng explained patiently.
"But what should we do?" After listening to Luo Heng's words, Dorag had a vague idea in his mind, but he couldn't grasp it, so he couldn't help but ask for advice humbly.
"Let me ask you a question first. Which two groups do you think have the most serious, intense and largest conflicts in the world?" Luo Heng asked.
"Navy and pirates?" Drago said without hesitation.
"Isn't that superficial?" Luo Heng said with a chuckle, pointing at Dorag.
"The conflict between the navy and pirates is naturally intense."
"How much of the world's population do they occupy?"
"It's only a million people."
"Even if you possess the most powerful military force, can you truly represent the entire world?"
"Think about it again." Luo Heng said gently and persuadingly.
"Are they commoners and nobles?" Dorag said cautiously. Although he was the leader of the revolutionary army, he looked like a humbly seeking advice in front of Luo Heng.
"As expected of the leader of the revolutionary army, you really get things right at a glance." Luo Heng praised.
"No, no." Dorag said embarrassedly.
"The nobles are like ships in the sea, and the common people are the endless ocean."
"The sea can carry ships and allow them to sail on it, but is it possible for wind and waves to arise and overturn these ships?" Luo Heng asked in a deep voice.
His very vivid metaphor made Dorag suddenly wake up.
"Mr. Crocodile really woke me up with a word." Drago slapped his thigh and said.
"We have always relied solely on our own strength to fight against those nobles. Even now, we have overthrown the original regimes of several countries, but it has also cost us a lot of sacrifices."
"Furthermore, in some countries, after we evacuated, some wealthy and powerful individuals regained control of the country's lifeline and restored the monarchy, making all our efforts go to waste."
Dorag couldn't help but sigh as he recalled their revolutionary journey over the years.
"So, you have to let the common people know that they too have the right to govern the country and the ability to control their own destiny."
“So the most important point is to go back to the beginning.”
"We cannot allow power to fall into the hands of a small group of people."
"Otherwise, the resurgence of aristocracy and imperialism is undoubted."
The more Dorag listened to Luo Heng, the more he felt that this man was simply a genius. Every word he said was enlightening to him.
