Chapter 195 The Happiness of Eating Meat

So the group looked at Luo Heng eagerly again.

Luo Heng shook his head. These mutated creatures had thick skin and flesh, and it was indeed difficult for these skinny women to take action.

"Everyone step back." Luo Heng said loudly and pulled out Anubis from his waist.

The women quickly and obediently stepped back.

"Swish, swish, swish!" Several cold lights flashed, Luo Heng put the knife back into the sheath at his waist, turned around and walked towards the wooden house.

A group of people looked at each other, somewhat confused.

Just as Luo Heng took his first step onto the steps of the wooden house.

Countless fine blood lines suddenly appeared on the body of the wild bull that was still unconscious just now.

Then the whole cow collapsed and turned into pieces of meat slightly larger than a fist.

The pungent smell of blood immediately spread all around.

The ground in the yard instantly turned into a river of blood.

"Ah!!!!!" Everyone exclaimed in unison.

Seeing this, the group of people were immediately frightened and took a few steps back.

"Well, isn't this a bit too wasteful?" The old lady said with some regret as she looked at the blood all over the ground.

After they cook the blood, it can also be made into delicious ingredients.

Seeing that they no longer needed to cut the meat into pieces, the women hurried back to their homes, took out a clean large basin, and put the meat into it.

"Let's grill it in my yard so that my benefactor can eat the meat sooner." The woman opposite the aunt's house greeted warmly.

"Yes, the benefactor must be the first to eat the meat." Everyone praised her idea.

Luo Heng, who was sitting in the wooden house, couldn't help but smile when he heard the word "benefactor".

"They are such easy-to-please people. Just having meat to eat can make them so happy."

Nico Robin held her chin and spoke softly while staring at the people busy outside the house.

"If this world could achieve equality for all, without pirates and criminals, they would be able to eat meat every day."

Luo Heng said as he took a sip of the bitter tea in the cup.

“Can anyone really do that?”

"If he were your man, he would definitely be able to do it." Luo Heng pinched Nico Robin's smooth cheek and said.

Nico Robin seems to like the somewhat overbearing title of "your man".

The look in his eyes as he gazed at Luo Heng was full of love.

"I believe it."

After the two chatted for a while, several women brought several plates full of beef covered in delicious soup to the table.

"My benefactor, you can eat as much as you want. If you are not satisfied, there is more outside." The woman said happily, wiping her hands on her apron.

"Five more plates will be enough for me." Luo Heng said, holding up five fingers.

"Okay, you guys eat first, I'll bring it right away."

After learning that Luo Heng only needed to eat five more plates, the women in the village began to eat to their heart's content.

The whole village seemed to be in a carnival.

They were so engrossed in the meal that they even had a bonfire party in the open space next to them.

The aunt who lived here suddenly brought her granddaughter back to the house and stood in front of the two men a little awkwardly.

"I'm sorry for the daytime."

"I misunderstood my two benefactors and said many rude things."

The old lady rubbed her hands nervously while speaking, after all, the man in front of her looked very powerful.

"There's nothing wrong with being wary of unknown people and things." Luo Heng said without any concern.

"We would like to invite the two benefactors to join us in our bonfire party."

"I wonder if you two are willing..." the aunt said hesitantly.

"OK!"

"I'm too full and want to move around."

Before Luo Heng could say anything, Nico Robin smiled and agreed on her own initiative.

"That's great!" The little girl jumped up happily.

Luo Heng showed a painful expression towards Nico Robin, clearly somewhat reluctant.

But the woman grabbed Luo Heng's hand without saying anything and dragged him up from the chair.

"It's not gentlemanly to refuse an invitation from a beautiful lady." Nico Robin said playfully with a wink at Luo Heng.

Luo Heng had no choice but to let her drag him into the bustling crowd.

When they saw the two men coming, all the women, young and old, cheered enthusiastically.

Some people were so generous as to take out the fine wine that the man had left behind and treat the two of them.

Luo Heng was a little embarrassed at first, but after drinking a few glasses of liquor, he no longer felt restrained and started dancing around the campfire with everyone.

He has been playing the role of a big boss since he came to this world, but after arriving in this remote place, he relaxed for the first time.

Infected by the enthusiasm of this group of simple people, he completely threw away the burden of being the overlord of the sea.

When the women were tired of dancing, they sat on the ground and sang loudly.

Until they finally couldn't sing anymore, Luo Heng heard bursts of sobbing coming from all around.

As the sobbing became more and more frequent, some people simply burst into tears.

Once one person started crying, everyone else couldn't hold back any more and started crying together.

Luo Heng could probably guess why they were crying, but he couldn't say anything to comfort them. He could only pour the wine into his mouth in silence.

Nico Robin was infected by this sad atmosphere and buried her face in Luo Heng's arms.

"I'm sorry, benefactor, we really just wanted to have some fun."

A woman fell to her knees in front of Luo Heng and sobbed.

“But the feeling of eating meat is so blissful.”

"We can't help but feel sad when we think that we won't be able to eat it again if you leave."
