It was almost noon.
Luo Heng enjoyed a sumptuous lunch leisurely, and from time to time he took time to chat with the Straw Hat Gang in the cage.
"Crocodile!"
An angry voice called Lao Sha's name.
Luo Heng turned his head and saw a beautiful blue-haired girl like an elf standing at the end of the stairs.
"Welcome to the rainy land, Princess Weiwei." Luo Heng said with a smile.
But that world-weary face looks scary no matter how you look at it when he smiles.
"Of course I'm coming. No matter where you are, I want you dead." Vivi's delicate little face was full of hatred for Crocodile.
"If you didn't come to Alabasta, there would be peace here forever." As he said that, he swung his weapon and rushed towards Luo Heng.
Luo Heng didn't care about the other party's actions and took a leisurely puff of his cigar.
When Weiwei's peacock saw was about to approach, Luo Heng moved.
He turned his head to avoid the seemingly fatal blow, and his arm, which had turned into sand, suddenly stretched out.
The big hand grabbed Weiwei's slender neck and lifted her up high.
Luo Heng is not Lao Sha, and he is not used to being hit by others at will, even if the opponent's attack cannot cause any harm to him.
"What a naive child! How can there be a country in the world that is always at peace?" Luo Heng chuckled as he tilted his head.
"Weiwei!"
"Asshole, let go of Weiwei!"
"Crocodile, I'm going to kill you!"
Luffy and others shouted angrily, trying to stop Luo Heng from continuing to hurt Vivi.
Weiwei had difficulty breathing and tried desperately to pry Luo Heng's hands apart, but to no avail.
"The Nefertari family has ruled Alabasta for so many years, it's time for them to abdicate."
"Ahem, why? Why us? Ahem, the people of Alaastan have always lived in peace."
Weiwei covered her neck and coughed violently, but still glared at Luo Heng and said.
"In the eyes of you rulers, do the people only deserve stability?"
"Are they destined to live a life of poverty and hunger?"
"Look at this huge country. Just because there's no rain, it's on the verge of extinction."
"They could have lived a better life instead of relying on the weather."
"For ordinary people, is it enough just to survive? Princess Weiwei!"
Hearing Weiwei's words, Luo Heng's face turned furious and he questioned her in a voice even angrier than hers.
When Weiwei heard this, she was struck by lightning and her eyes lost focus.
Growing up with a silver spoon in her mouth, she had never really considered the feelings of ordinary people.
Luo Heng's words made her doubt her long-held beliefs.
Luo Heng let go of her hand, and Weiwei seemed to have her spine pulled out, and she collapsed on the table.
"But, but, many people have lost their homes and their lives." Weiwei lowered her head and spoke tearfully. No one could see her expression clearly.
Luo Heng turned around, with his back to Weiwei, and took a deep puff of his cigar.
"Do you think that if I told your father Cobra to hand over this country to me, he would agree?"
"Or, if I declare war directly on this country, how many people do you think will die?"
“On the road to our ideal country, some deaths are inevitable.”
"Operation Utopia must have been successful by now. The country of Alabasta will change hands starting tomorrow."
"Are you ready to welcome the birth of a brand new kingdom? Princess Weiwei."
"Crocodile, a mere pirate actually wants to steal a country. This is definitely a big event. You must report it as soon as you get out." Smoker's face was extremely solemn when he heard this.
"Damn Crocodile, let me out, I'm going to beat you away!" Luffy grabbed the seastone fence and shouted weakly.
"Vivi" Nami looked at Vivi with a distressed look on her face.
Zoro gripped the hilt of the knife tightly in his right hand, staring at Luo Heng with gritted teeth, wishing he could chop him with the knife immediately.
"Operation Utopia?" Weiwei looked up blankly. "What on earth did you do?"
"Haha, that's not important anymore." Luo Heng smiled and exhaled a puff of cigarette smoke. "All I can tell you is that there are over a hundred thousand fully armed rebels marching non-stop towards Albana, ready to fight to the death with the king's army."
"What? Father, Kosha." Vivi's face was full of despair.
"Oh, there's one thing I forgot to tell you. This secret basement will sink into the lake in Rainy Land in an hour." Luo Heng said as he took out a key and threw it on the ground.
"Whether the Straw Hat Pirates can survive depends entirely on you."
Suddenly a hole appeared in the floor and the key fell straight down.
By the time Weiwei reacted and tried to grab it, a banana crocodile had already staggered out of a passage and swallowed the key.
Weiwei bit her lips helplessly and trembled all over, trying not to let her tears flow.
"We'll take our leave first." After saying this, Luo Heng took Robin and left without looking back, heading for the royal capital Albana.
After the two of them walked some distance apart, Nico Robin finally couldn't help but speak, "Is it really okay to leave them here? If Weiwei meets Kosha, the rebellion might be stopped."
"No, the battle for Utopia is already a foregone conclusion. How can a single Weiwei stop it?"
"Even if Kosa wanted to stop now, I'm afraid he wouldn't be able to do it."
"As for the Straw Hat Pirates, they can't die." Luo Heng explained patiently.
"MRO seems to think highly of them, including Weiwei."
Luo Heng suddenly stopped and looked down at Nico Robin with his white eyes.
"Hmm?"
Nico Robin's breath was suddenly taken aback.
The moody Crocodile always makes her feel very stressed unintentionally.
"I just don't understand why you went to so much trouble to lure them here and then do nothing." Nico Robin explained in a panic.
"The Straw Hat Pirates will play an important role in my future plans."
"So they can't die, and they won't die."
"Leaving them here now is just to reduce the variables of the Utopia operation."
"From what I know, there's still a man and a pet from the Straw Hat Pirates who haven't shown up yet. They'll definitely come to rescue them after we leave."
"As for MS Wednesday, I never said she was allowed to quit Baroque Works."
