“It is because you have violated the name of ‘Gaia’ that the God who should have appeared could not appear.”
"I'm doing this to make up for your mistake."
Of course, if Chaos only had this thought, he would not have shown any dissatisfaction towards the goddess of nature.
"Human faith strengthens them, but their power growth is limited."
"I will make sure that the remaining power returns to my own body."
What Chaos wanted was for those gods to become his nourishment.
They harvest the faith of mankind, and Chaos harvests their power.
Throughout, this aloof and supreme god reflected only himself in his millions of eyes.
The goddess of nature's throat trembled slightly before she finally uttered her question.
"You've granted the gods the ability to collect faith; aren't you worried that the evil god Habika might be resurrected as a result?"
As soon as he finished speaking, Chaos's eyes sharpened.
For him, this was an extremely serious topic.
"Resurrection? So what?"
"Antivirus systems created by humankind were born for this purpose."
"As long as it's still a Habaka, we'll remove it again."
The goddess of nature's eyes trembled slightly, as if she had received some answer she had long sought.
She had nothing more to say, and simply listened quietly as Chaos continued his narration.
"As for those humans, they have lost their previous memories."
"They will only recognize themselves as the true 'gods'."
The goddess of nature departed silently.
She did not continue arguing with Chaos, nor could she stop his decision.
As Chaos said, the world needs a god.
The other gods were originally supposed to have been created by 'Gaia'.
But she is not Gaia, she is Tichygeyas.
She is the only name that is truly independent, distinct from any myth.
That is why she was able to preserve everything that Chaos had split off from.
Chaos went to bestow divine names upon other people to replenish the existing gods, and she did not mind.
Anyway, she won't get involved in these kinds of things.
She seemed to understand why Victor had specifically told her this when he asked her for a human body.
She was not to let any other gods know, except for Chaos.
The goddess of nature also kept it a secret.
Even Chaos didn't know who 'Victor' was.
He assumed that the consciousness that had given them names had disappeared and left this world.
Chaos never even went looking for the other party.
It's likely that he knew from that time onward that Chaos would inevitably become dissatisfied with him.
Therefore, the goddess of nature knew that continuing to argue with Chaos would be pointless.
She had more important things to deal with.
And after she completely left.
In that initial moment, a bewildered old man appeared.
He looked around in bewilderment, seemingly puzzled by his own death.
Before the ruler of Hell was clearly identified, the fate of the dead was actually extremely chaotic.
Especially when Nyx and Erebus only think about falling in love and having children, while Tartarus is indifferent to the underground world.
At that time, most of the dead, after their deaths, would have their souls driven here almost like headless flies.
Now, this old man is one of the humans who recently died.
Chaos sighed and casually raised an arm to rub his bare brow.
He desperately needed to choose a ruler for hell because he simply couldn't stand the situation.
Does he even need to manage human death?
He is the supreme creator god, not the god of the underworld who governs life and death.
But when Chaos's gaze fell on the old man, his expression changed slightly.
This old man lived for over 170 years.
He was one of the first humans created by the goddess of nature from clay.
Chaos originally thought that the first truly human beings had long since become extinct.
His appearance did indeed surprise Chaos.
The old man's lost soul felt utterly bewildered; after his death, he didn't even know why he had come here.
Soon, he saw a tall figure appear in front of him.
“I am Chaos, the supreme god of this world.”
"How have you managed to live so long?"
The old man was even more confused. He stammered out incomprehensible words, gesturing wildly with his hands, his eyes gleaming.
Chaos quickly understood what the old man meant.
He said he had discovered the secrets of the world's elements.
He devoted his entire life to studying nature.
Until he was finally able to control this power,
Just like the man in the black trench coat he had seen before, he could make a stone float.
He died from excessive excitement.
However, because he spent his life studying nature, natural elements were always with him.
He then possessed a lifespan beyond that of ordinary people.
Chaos was somewhat surprised, and then he retrieved a memory from his mind.
A story told to them by that consciousness out of boredom.
Those were different from their myths, magic, and runes.
It is another equally wonderful myth.
Thinking of this, Chaos suddenly laughed.
Humans are truly amazing.
"You are amazing because you have discovered 'magic'."
"I can let you live forever, so you can continue to explore the mysteries of 'magic'."
